The view of the lake from the pool and deck is incomparable, when you sit outside sipping a cool drink in the evening, watching the sun go down & then watching the moon rise over the lake, you will find it hard to believe that you are just 5 minutes drive from the main gates of Disney and the lively Highway 192.

The south-facing private pool catches the sun all day long, but there is lots of cover to escape the sun's rays when it gets a little too warm.

This is one of the largest 4 bedroom vacation homes you can rent in the Orlando area (2600 sq ft) so there is ample room for two couples or families to holiday together in comfort - especially as the two huge Master Suites have identical facilities.

Sunset Lakes is a small, prestigious gated community & one of the closest to Orlando's main attractions. It is a mature development of detached pool homes surrounding 2 natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. Relaxing in the peace and tranquillity of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are just 4 miles from the Main Gates of Disney.

Our luxurious, highly-upgraded home is minutes away from many Golf Courses, restaurants and supermarkets. Getting to and from the Theme Parks is easy with this ideal location. You really can visit the parks in the morning, spend the afternoons relaxing by your own private pool & return to the parks in minutes.

Within the Sunset Lakes community there is a communal pool, a children’s play area and you can fish in the well-stocked lake. (Bring your own rods or buy inexpensively from the local Wal-Mart!) Conservation land adjoins the development creating a natural habitat for the wildlife of Florida.

PICTURE YOURSELVES IN THIS LOVELY, SPACIOUS HOME....

The home is ceramic tiled throughout with carpets in the Living/Games Area and in all bedrooms. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living areas.

The Family Room has gorgeous squashy sofas and an ottoman and is equipped with a flat screen colour cable television, DVD & CD player. Large sliding windows open to the pool deck.

The Living/Games area includes a professional slate bed billiard table, and two comfy sofas for relaxing or watching the play.

There are two huge Master bedroom suites which makes "Still Waters" ideal for two families or couples sharing. One is on the ground floor with glass sliding doors to the pool (ideal for those who may find the stairs tricky). Each Master Suite has a King size bed, walk-in closets, and very large en-suite bathroom facilities with twin sinks, bath tub, walk-in shower and separate w.c.

Two further bedrooms upstairs both have two twin beds in each & share the third bathroom which has a bath tub with shower over, sink and w.c.

All bedrooms have their own TV and DVD player. One of the twin rooms includes a Sony Playstation2 games console (bring your own games).

Hair dryers are provided in all the bathrooms.

A Powder Room is located on the ground floor.

The open-plan Kitchen and Dining Area are adjacent to the Family Room, and overlook the pool. The Kitchen has black granite worktops, a large self-cleaning stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. It naturally includes all the crockery, glasses, silverware and cooking equipment that you could possibly need, including lots of plastic plates/glasses for use outside by the pool.

There is a separate laundry room with large washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

"Still Waters" has the benefit of unlimited FREE HIGHSPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, so bring your lap top if you need to keep in touch by e-mail or don't want to miss your E-bay auctions!. You can make FREE LOCAL PHONE CALLS from the house, if calling long distance you can buy a pre-paid phone card from the supermarket or pharmacies.

A Cot(crib), High Chair, Play-pen & stroller can all be provided FREE OF CHARGE if required & specified when booking.

IMAGINE RELAXING IN THE HOT TUB/SPA, SWIMMING IN YOUR OWN SPARKLING POOL, OR SIMPLY CHILLING OUT WITH A COOL DRINK ON THE SPACIOUS DECK ........

The lovely private south-facing heated swimming pool has been specially designed with a small water feature & plants to create a very pleasing scene overlooking the lake. The whole pool and deck area is mesh screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out. Screening & planting on either side of the pool area provides privacy from your neighbours.

Pool heating is optional May - September.

The pool measures approx. 28 x 12 feet, so you can swim or just enjoy splashing about. Special garden lighting creates a very atmospheric atmosphere at night.

A luxurious hydrotherapy Hot Tub/Spa is available for our guests' enjoyment. With its 18 adjustable high performance jets, 7 multi-level seats & underwater multicolour lighting, soaking in the hot swirling water is truly a pleasure after a long day out.

The pool & spa are regularly maintained by our Management Company.

The extended deck area contains ample luxury pool lounging furniture for 8 guests, together with a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. The lanai (undercover area) provides protection from the sun and has a ceiling fan for extra cooling. An electric George Forman BBQ Grill is included for your enjoyment.

Rates include: all local and state taxes, utilities, bed linen, towels (inc. pool towels), unlimited wireless internet access, local phone calls, use of safe.

Electric heating for the pool is $200 per week from October-April and is not optional during these months. Heating for the Hot Tub only is $70 per week, all year. From May-September pool heating is optional, but is recommended for your additional enjoyment, and is offered at the discounted rate of $100 per week.

A child's travel cot (crib), high chair, stroller and stair guard are provided free of charge if required.

There is a cleaning charge of $110 for stays of 7 nights or less.

A 20% deposit will secure your booking, the balance becomes due 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking if arrival is less than 10 weeks time.

A security bond of $500 is required with your final balance, this will normally be refunded with four weeks of your departure, providing there is no loss or damage at the villa.
