Cumbrian Lakes is an exclusive, gated community which is quiet and peaceful, yet convenient for all amenities.

Our villa is a luxury 4 bedroom,3.5 bathroom property which has a lovely private pool deck overlooking a wooded conservation area. It has a larger than average pool and a south facing deck for maximum sunshine.
The villa has a spacious fully tiled living area with large TV/DVD/VCR and Hi Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of modern equipment.
We have a new games room with pool table etc
2 Queen sized bedrooms both with their own bathroom and
2 twins, one themed for children
The villa is everything you need to have a wonderful vacation - quiet and private location but yet minutes from shops, restaurants and theme parks

A BEAUTIFUL VILLA on an exclusive, gated resort with lakes and children’s play area. Cumbrian Lakes as a community is very peaceful but close to all the amenities Orlando has to offer. It is only 5 minutes from a 24 hour supermarket and lots of restaurants, shops and other entertainment venues.

The community has lakes, walking and jogging trails, plus a children's play area.

It is a secure, gated community but only 5 minutes from the 192 with all its restaurants and shops.

We are only 10 minutes on quieter roads from Disneyworld and 30 minutes from Universal.
The Gulf coast is approx. 90 mins away and the Atlantic beaches are an hour away.
