Please look around this spacious, comfortable and quiet home, which you could rent for a fantastic holiday/vacation. Our pool has absolutely stunning unobstructed views over the lake behind it on a large plot. There are no villas behind to overlook the pool while you are enjoying the wonderful Florida sunshine all year round!

We have just upgraded most of the furniture to an very high standard. This is truly a luxurious home from home.
We have repainted both the inside, out and pool deck. New carpet throughout, new sofas, dining table and chairs, LDC HD TV with home cinema system, PS2, and lots more and we have Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet) for those who want to take your laptops!

Our villa is very contemporary and modern.

It is situated on Bridgewater Crossing, a wonderful development that has tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and communal pool. The community is made up of both residential and rental properties. Our management company who look after our villa on our behalf are very professional, friendly and reliable and are there should any problem arise. They have a 24 hour emergency number. All towels, linens and pool towels are provided.

OUR CONTEMPORARY VILLA:

Our modern contemporary NO SMOKING home is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your well deserved vacation in the Florida sun. All on one level so there are no stairs to worry about. It is fully equipped and decorated to a high standard to put you in that special holiday mood.

Our villa is fully air conditioned and heated so that there is a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

Alternatively you could spend the time enjoying a cool drink on the patio.(Patio furniture provided.)

Doors to the pool area are alarmed for children’s safety

Step straight from the pool into one of our beautiful en-suite bathrooms, the pool itself has the sun all day long (even in winter) ensuring plenty of sunshine! The pool is SW facing overlooking a tranquil lake and conservation area and has optic fiber lighting.

We are located 5 miles from Disney and the I4 is only 1 mile away for easy access to all other theme parks, the Kennedy Space Centre and fabulous beaches.

Both the Reunion and Champions Gate Golf courses are only minutes away.

We are sorry but we are unable to take pets at this time.

The New Wal*Mart Superstore is within 8 mins drive the biggest shop we have ever seen !However there is a Publix less than 3 mins away for the last minute essentials you may have forgotten.

We left your beautiful villa on the 13 th and after a long flight from Miami to Israel we arrived home the day after. We had a very good stay in Orlando and in your villa.
We went to 4 Disney parks and to 2 Universal parks and the kids loved it very much.
