Location, location, location!

Rolling Hills, along with Acadia Estate and Formosa Gardens, make up some of the closest villas to Disney, just 10 minutes from Mickey’s front door and close enough to be able to return to your villa for a quick swim after a morning of thrills on the rides, before returning to the parks again for the evening fireworks.

Located just off the 192, near to it’s intersection with the I4, Rolling Hills is central to all of the shops, restaurants and other amenities that you will need whilst on vacation.

Rolling Hills is a small, tranquil and desirable community of 192 villas, all privately owned and set around two lakes. Some of the homes are owned by permanent residents and some are second homes available for rental. The home owners association is very active in keeping standards of all community areas high.
