Indian Creek is located in the Splendid China / Formosa Gardens area, in close proximity to the Disney theme parks. Often described as “Disney’s doorstep” – it is less than 4 miles to the Maingate. All of the homes in this community are built on one level and range in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms. Most have their own pools and the majority of the homes are rental properties due to its location, but there are several longer term residents.
On site you will find a lake, tennis courts, a football/baseball pitch, volleyball, putting green and a jogging circuit. There are two childrens’ playgrounds.
The many attractions of the 192 strip are easily accessible - with dozens of restaurants and a wide range of shops. For the serious shopper a number of top class malls and outlets are within an easy drive.
Orlando International airport is only 30 minutes away, with Sanford only slightly further afield (and even Tampa airport is only about an hour along the I4 freeway).
