The prestigious Esprit development is situated just off Highway 192 to the west of Kissimmee. Esprit is built on a golf course. The development has a community swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball courts.

There is a large lake with a picnic and barbecue area that can also be used for fishing. The location is well placed so that you could come home for lunch from the parks and go back refreshed for the evening. There is a bakery opposite; shops and the 19th hole are all within walking distance. It is ideal for all the major attractions and Gulf Coast beaches are only about 45 minutes drive.
