Emerald Island Resort is a resort style community offering a mix of vacation rental accommodation that will suit most vacationers’ requirements. There are 3 and 4 bedroom Townhomes nestled around the resort’s clubhouse and communal pool area, and a range of individual villas with pools varying in size from 4 bedroom single level homes to large 7 bed homes built over two levels.

The Resort is reached by a palm fringed boulevard leading to a colonnaded gated entrance featuring Emerald Island’s famous dolphin fountains. Inside the entrance the clubhouse features meeting rooms, cybercafe, fitness room and reception area with the swimming pool, spa, tikki bar and sundecks forming the outdoor area of the complex. There is a playground for children, and tennis courts can be found in the 11 acres of protected woodland that surround the community.

Emerald Island is ideally located in the Formosa Gardens / Splendid China area, less than 5 miles from the Disney theme parks. A comprehensive range of shops and restaurants is available close by on the 192 around the 5 mile marker, and the large malls, outlets and all of Orlandos’ other attractions are all within easy reach.
