Sunset Ridge, a gated community, is one mile south of the I4 and is accessed from the US27. The community is tucked in off the road next to orange groves. It is therefore, tranquil but with its proximity to I4, it offers unrivalled access to all of Central Florida’s attractions. It also is ideal for heading west to Busch gardens and makes Tampa an excellent alternative gateway.

The community is significantly residential, and as such, is ideal for relaxing and chilling out at the end of the day. It is hard to believe that being so close to both the I4 and US27 just how quiet it is.

Whilst the community has no communal facilities, the area is close to a large Wal-Mart and numerous restaurants and shops on the fast developing US27, and those in need of serious retail therapy will benefit in the future from the development of Posner Park, a $50billion retail and hotel complex being constructed on the opposite side of the US27. This will provide guests to the community with not only excellent shopping opportunities but also a choice of dining experiences.
