What could be better than the perfect peaceful & green location that's right on the doorstep of Disney, lots of wonderful restaurants, fabulous golf courses, horse riding, fishing, 24-hour Walmart plus Outlet shopping. In fact just about everything you need for your dream vacation.

When you enter Sunset Place you will be walking into the perfect 5 star setting for an Orlando holiday.

The spacious accommodation will provide all you need and more for an unforgettable break in total air-conditioned luxury. With upgraded furniture, beds, bedding, window dressings and soft furnishings throughout the 4 bed/3 bath villa. Our 30x14 ft private pool & spa is south-west facing,and a great outdoor space for those days away from the theme parks and for dining al fresco.
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer and watch the beautiful sunsets, what a way to end the day.

As you walk into the villa you will first come across our formal dining area, set with all the trimmings for a special meal.
The open plan living area has stunning furniture,with two extra-large sofas and soft furnishings throughout, with a huge TV, as an extra bonus.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all of the facilities you would expect including microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and one of those really big fridges with an ice-maker that are common to the U.S. Our Nook area is just off this with a view of the pool as you have breakfast.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size 6ft luxury bed with pillow-topped mattress, matching bedside cabinet and stunning dresser, beautiful gold bedding and soft furnishings plus ensuite facilities. A door leads right onto the pool area, ideal for that early morning swim.
The 2nd Master overlooks the front of the property. This contains a Queen Size 5ft bed again furnished with luxury wine & gold bedding and matching soft furnishings also with accompanying ensuite.
In addition there are 2 twin bed rooms, one with a Disney theme in red, yellow & blue and the other in Denim & burgundy, all bedrooms have cable TV, 2 have DVD's.

The pool area features an oversized pool, lanai and a welcoming Jacuzzi in which you and your family can unwind and relax with plenty of pool furniture for everyone.
The southwest rear aspect is ideal for sun worshippers and the perfect end to the day as you watch the sunset over the trees. Privacy is assured, as others do not overlook us.

If you and the kids want to escape from the sun, our games room is the perfect location, complete with pool table, foosball, TV and playstation 2 with two joypads and enough comfy seating for everyone.

Also provided is a crib, high chair, car booster seat and stroller. Free of charge.

To give all our visitors complete peace of mind, the development of Terra Verde is gated with 24hr security.
