Close to all the major attractions and only a few minutes from shops, supermarkets, and great restaurants on the famous US 192. There are dozens of golf courses and the beautiful sands of Cocoa Beach are within easy reach. This is the real Florida, with something for everyone.

Our beautiful extended 30ft x 17ft pool with outdoor jacuzzi/spa, is south facing so that you have the sun all day. There is also a large shaded area, to create the perfect sol y sombre! For your extra comfort we have added upgraded padded pool furniture. The pool is completely private, not overlooked, and screened to keep insects out. Swim at midnight with only the fireflies watching! In the peace of this conservation area, you can soak in your jacuzzi/spa while deciding if you will have a relaxing poolside BBQ tonight, or go out for a fantastic meal in one of many fantastic and varied restaurants. The choice is yours and the choice is endless!

The spacious main living area has a 52 inch widescreen digital TV, video, DVD and music centre for your complete entertainment. There's a selection of games, DVDs/videos provided, suitable for all ages. This part of the house is double height with galleried landing, adding to the feeling of light and space.

Upstairs the second living area has another cable TV with Playstation 2, and makes a great den for children (and grownups!)

There are 2 different dining areas - ideal if two or more families stay together.

The games room is on the ground floor and comes with air hockey, pool and foosball tables. The children have a great time, allowing the adults space to chill out!

Upstairs is the Master bedroom with King size bed and en suite bathroom with separate double shower, and two large closets. There are also 1 Queen, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. A luxury bathroom with shower and Jack & Jill basins.

Downstairs there's a Family suite with King bed, a twin room and adjacent bathroom with all amenities.

There is a further luxury bathroom on the ground floor. Four luxury bathrooms in all.

There is also a large sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two people.

All bedrooms have cable TV, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage space.

Ours is one of the largest houses in the Orlando area. Designed so that larger parties can have plenty of space without falling over each other! Sleeps 16 in luxury.

ALL LIVING SPACES ARE SMOKE FREE FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL GUESTS.

Black Bear, Deer Island, Falcon’s Fire, Metro West, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Celebration, Diamondback, Boggy Creek, Stonegate, Disney.....and on and on...

Kissimmee Oaks Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away from our villas. A beautiful course sprinkled with lakes, and set amidst majestic old oak trees draped with Spanish moss. It’s a virtual sanctuary for all types of wildlife - eagles, osprey, turtles, beaver and sand cranes. The golf buggies even have GPS global satellite tracking onboard, not only do the screens give you handy hints and tips regarding each hole as you get to the tees, but the yardage counts down as you get closer to the ball – you’ll know exactly, within a yard!, how close your ball is to the pin - getting it there is another matter of course.......

The tees even have iced water stations! Bliss!

US$ prices quoted do not include 13.00% Sales and Tourist Tax. UK£ prices quoted do not include 13.00% Sales and Tourist Tax.

These rates are for the house per week, NOT per person!

PAYMENT is easy, particularly for US and UK guests.

For guests from the US, we accept US checks.

For UK guests, we accept UK cheques.

Guests from other countries will be asked to pay the rate quoted in US Dollars.

Please add 13% sales tax to the above prices.

Once you decide to stay in our house we will require you to pay a £150 / $250 per week DEPOSIT to secure your requested dates. The BALANCE will be due 10 weeks prior to your vacation.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT of £200 / $300 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay.

If you require POOL HEATING, please add £100 / $150 per week.
