Our beautiful air-conditioned pool-villa is situated in Indian Point, a nice and quiet development only minutes away from shops, restaurants and attractions; about one hour by car to either Gulf- or Atlantic coast beaches.
The property is well maintained with wonderful palm trees. A hibiscus hedge completes the privacy as it covers the sides of our pool-area, so you are not overlooked.

The house is fully furnished to a high standard for occupancy up to 6 - 8 persons. All towels and linens, even beach-towels, and a baby crib are provided for your use.

Our management company is nearby and will assist you in every possible way.

Our lovely villa is equipped to a high standard.It has full air conditioning and its own south facing swimming pool.

The villa is fully licensed and registered in the State of Florida and conforms to legal and safety requirements.

The villa is located in the very safe and quiet community of Indian Point in Kissimmee.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, and will comfortably accomodate 6 people with two more being able to sleep on the sleeper sofa.

There is a large master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite facilities as well as a TV. The other bedroom has a full-size bed, whereas our twin bedded room is decorated with a Disney theme and especially loved by all the children who slept in it. Those bedrooms share a family bath.

The comfortable furnished family-room contains cable-TV with DVD and music-center and is overlooking the swimming-pool with its large deck-area, where you can relax on comfortable loungers. Tables and chairs are for up to 8 guests. A covered patio will help you to keep out of the sun if wanted.

We have a dining-area for 6 and a kitchen-nook seating 4 persons. There is free high speed internet and free long distance with in the USA.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish-washer, full size stove/oven, fridge/freezer with ice-making facility, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc.

We are a pet-friendly villa, and only require a small pet-deposit be added on to your booking.

All rooms are equipped with ceiling-fans.

The large double-garage is housing the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron-board, Hoover etc.

All towels - even pool-towels - and linen are also provided along with two hairdryers.

During cooler periods our pool can be heated by solar (free of charge) or gas (for extra charge).

Community facilities are including a large swimming-pool, children play area, tennis-court and basketball-court, and are within walking distance of less than 3 minutes from our villa.

Indian Point is approx. 5 minutes from a 24 h WALMART Supercenter and the restaurants and shops of Highway 192. It is only a short drive to the attractions of Disney, Universal, Seaworld.
It takes about 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport and the space-coast can be reached in approx. one hour, the gulf-coast in 90 minutes.
