Exclusive, Privately owned vacation home, situated in a small, Cul-de-sac, of only five Villas, in the Exclusive, Enclave Area, with private landscaping to its extra large, corner plot in, fantastic, secure gated community at Emerald Island Resort.

7 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bathrooms,and just 2 miles from Disney.

The winding, palm-lined road that leads you to the imposing entrance, is a prelude to the community’s grandeur,in the "Land Island", that is Emerald Island. The colonnaded entry, complete with beautiful silver dolphin fountains, beckon you at the gates, to lead you into "Seventh Heaven."

"Emerald Island" is surrounded by a conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with heavily wooded areas, including nature trails, right in the middle of the community.

The resort also boasts a fantastic clubhouse with its reception providing a Concierge service,~ Cyber-cafe with computers and Wireless hot-spot for Laptops ~ with small daily charge for use of each.

Seventh Heaven comprises of 2 King master suites, with walk in closets and marble vanity and sink units, 2 Queen master suites, likewise with marble units and a further 3 twin rooms. All rooms are ensuite.

The Family room and All bedrooms have Cable TV;~
The three Twin Bedrooms have TV/VCR Combo's ;~
A further Queen sleeper in the Family room means that Seventh Heaven can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people.

The exquisite family room, with its Galleried 18’8" Ceiling, looks out from 2 sets of alarmed patio doors to the large, covered porch and fantastic pool area and spa!

The 30' x 15' - South facing pool area and raised hot tub, have an extended deck area of 24' x 40’, with a fully covered lanai.
For those hot sunny days, lazing by your own pool, there is Upgraded, patio furniture , including Lounger’s and even speakers and fans wired into the Covered porch.
16 Pool towels, are included, for your use.
A hot and cold outside shower, by the poolside, for your comfort and convenience, completes the picture.

The large Fully equipped Kitchen, with Honey Oak cabinets and adjacent Nook are complete with everything you could possibly require during your stay.
A large, Serving area divides the Kitchen from the Formal, Dining room, and Second, Living room, a quiet place to unwind from the days activities.

The ground floor also comprises a half bath ( toilet & wash-basin), and a Utility-room, with Full-size Washer and Full-size Tumble-Dryer, with access near here, to the Games room.
