Avatar Properties Inc. has kicked it up a notch by adding some spicy new plans to its extensive menu of tasty housing designs.
The Coral Gables-based builder-developer introduced its own seasoning with a higher-priced spread---the Elite Series---at Aster Cove, the company's first and only gated neighborhood in the village of Crescent Lakes.
"We're catering to gourmet homebuyers who want more steak with the sizzle," said Avatar's Liz Agnello, sales and marketing director.
Bam! Avatar gave it to them medium-well and seasoned to perfection when it opened the gates to this upscale enclave of 70 homes.


This was one of the reasons why we chose our home here.Our immaculate, fully furnished, air-conditioned, home is on Aster Cove Crescent Lakes and it is a very popular community with both residents and holiday home owners.It is in a very quiet, rural area, but near to stores, shops, restaurants, and golf courses.You really do have the best of both worlds staying in this area.

All linens, blankets and towels provided.There is also plenty of towels provided for use when using the swimming pool so there is no need to bring any with you.
We have a lovely oversized deck with large 15 x 30 solar heated pool in screened enclosure.There is a removable safety fence around the pool for when you have children with you,and the doors from the house are also alarmed for added safety, everyone loves the pool but safety MUST always be thought of in advance.Good selection of patio furniture, dining table, sun loungers, plenty of seating outside plus two ceiling fans on lanai for a pleasant breeze when you dine outside in the evenings.

Master King Size Bedroom with cable TV and DVD with on suite bathroom, double sinks with marble tops,double shower and large garden tub bath.Large walk in closet with large security safe which we do not charge our guests to use.


Second queen bedroom with bay window and wicker loveseat plus cable TV and a DVD player.This is a really lovely sunny bright room and it is my favorite in the house.

Twin bedroom with DVD and cable TV, toybox with large selection of toys and books, there is also a safety bed rail for use by our guests.

Second bathroom with marble sink and top. Bath tub with shower over.

We visit our home on a very regular basis and it is kept to a VERY HIGH standard.

Crescent Lakes is a very select area with great links to a host of places to visit and things to do.It is surrounded by a conservation area and compared to a lot of the "Disney" area it is still very open.If you are from the UK you will really appreciate this.It is the one place that I really feel at home because it is very green with the conservation areas and environmental school centre just 5 minutes up the road.All homes on Crescent Lakes sit on good size plot`s so you are not looking straight into the villa next door.

We have tried to think of everything you could ever need on holiday to try and take a bit of the worry out of packing.Having traveled with a new baby ourselves we have kept this in mind and equipped the villa with a buggy, plus a pram for younger children, travel cot and a steriliser set for bottles. These are all included in the price of the rental.Our villa is very much a home not just a rental property and we want you to treat it as such.We visit our home in Florida on a regular basis and keep it to a very high standard.

If what you are looking for is a home from home, spending your vacation relaxing in our immaculate, private, three-bedroom, two-bath, pool home with its own screened-in patio and oversized swimming pool will be just what you want.Our pool has solar heating and we also have gas heating for the pool if you wish to top the heating up over the winter month`s.( there is an extra charge for the gas heating )We have a safety fence that goes all the way across the pool area so small children cannot get to the pool. ( this has been removed just for us to take photos, we recommend that it is kept in place at all times ) We are located just 15/20 minutes from Disney World. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to travel and have a fully equipped home with everything you could possibly need waiting for you when you arrive. The only things you do need to bring are your clothes and suntan lotion.We have a washing machine and tumble dryer so you do not need to bring to many of these either.All bedding and towels are provided.

Please remember that the little ones need to feel at home, too! Therefore, we have equipped the twin room with a good selection of toys and books.There are also a good selection of board games in the livingroom. We have also included a TV and DVD player in this room so that children can watch their own favorites if you wish to bring them.(please note this is an American player so will only play item`s purchased in America)
