We have been holidaying in the Disney are since 1991, and actually own another couple of villas (just off the busy US192) which we rent out very successfully.

Because we love Florida so much we wanted to spend more time there. So we decided to build a special villa in a very special place that we could use extensively for ourselves and our family, but at the same time make available to guests for a maximum of 16 weeks per year.
We know that we have found a very special place in Watersong Resort, with it’s really spacious 'feel', fantastic amenities and tranquil surroundings.

We are sure you will agree that we have also built a very special villa, with its fabulous huge pool area, personally furnished interior and professionally equipped games room.

We believe that when you have surfed through this website you will agree that this villa and resort is absolutely top quality and one of the best you will find in the whole of the Disney area.

Just so Special

Tranquil therapeutic surroundings, far enough away from all the 'hustle and bustle' of the busy Kissimmee area yet close enough to all attractions.

Watersong is a beautiful top class community situated in a quiet secluded area just an 8 minute drive from junction 58 of the I4.
You can be at Disney in 15 minutes and Universal Studios in around 25 minutes.

Several world class golf courses are also nearby including adjacent to Watersong the prestigious Providence golf course.
If you fancy the sea, the fantastic gulf coast beaches are only 60 minutes away.

A new large supermarket (Publix) is only 5 minutes away with an additional 30 outlets (on route from Airport).
The infamous US192 with all its shops and restaurants is only a 13 minute drive away.

Sample famous restaurants such as : Ponderosa, Bob Evans, Black Angus, Golden Corel, Shoneys, Olive Garden and many more.

Watersong villa has been designed and furnished with luxury and 'WOW' factor in mind. This is not just another rental villa, this is our second home that we will share with a small number of guests for a maximum of 16 weeks per year.

We have commissioned interior designers to furnish the villa and also to help us to put into practice some of our own ideas.

Over 18 years of renting villas for our own holidays in Florida and for the past three years owning two other rental villas, has given us the experience to make sure that Watersong villa has everything you will possibly need to enjoy a luxury holiday.

This villa commands an area of just under 5000 square feet which hosts a fabulous pool area of over 1600 square feet (Probably the largest on Watersong Resort) and sits in a huge corner plot of land (Again one of the largest on Watersong). You will be only a few seconds walk from the clubhouse and amenities and enjoy fantastic sunset views from the pool area.

The villa has 2 lounges and a ‘hide-away’ lounge on the first floor with PC and wireless high speed internet.

One of the downstairs lounges has a 50" plasma TV with the latest surround sound technology, whilst the other has been designed as a quiet 'chill' area.

We believe that luxury extends to when you are asleep, so 2 of our six bedrooms have been furnished with Kingsized beds (UK super kings), 2 queens (UK kings), 1 twin and 1 bunks. All bed rooms have LCD TVs, DVD players and for extra comfort ceiling paddle fans.

The two kingsize bedrooms have their own bathrooms. In all there are 4 bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

If your family is anything like mine keeping the kids happy has a direct influence on the peace and tranqility of your holiday. So with this in mind we have commissioned specialist designers to design and equip a top class games room.

Pure Heaven Around the Pool

We believe that the pool area is one of the most important aspects of a holiday home design, after all it is likely that you will spend more waken time around the pool than you will inside the villa .
When we designed this villa we invested a lot of time and money to make sure that that the pool area was perfect for you.

First of all we chose a plot with a west facing pool, this means you get the sun all day and gives you the best possible view of the fantastic Florida sunsets.

We then increased the size of the heated pool to 30ft X 15ft and improved the design to give an even larger swimming area.

We also designed in a raised spa with that can be heated along with the pool so it can be used all the year around.

After a hard day at the parks or shopping you will be able to relax in the spa or have a drink outside and admire the multicoloured pool lights. Both the spa and the pool have been fitted with underwater lights that travel through the full spectrum of colours. You can even stop on the colour of your choice.

We know what its like when all the family are trying to find space around the pool or find a sun bed, so we increased the pool/lanai area to 1680 square feet. More than enough room for even the largest family.

We have also provided enough sunbeds for all your family, with tables and chairs for 12. So if you are like us you can all eat around the pool.

Don't worry about bringing pool towels they are already provided.
If some of your party don't like the sun, we have thought of that, our covered lanai is 40ft by 10ft. So plenty of room to be in the shade but at the same time be close enough to the rest of the family to not feel isolated.

We haven't forgot the babies and tots either, we have provided cots, highchairs, strollers and baby monitoring equipment. A safety fence separates the pool from the villa.
