We spent hours trawling through the web for a villa in Florida, as 1st timers in Florida we didn’t know the area and was a little apprehensive that we had made the correct choice; we normally select a good standard hotel.

Our initial contact with the owners Andy and Lynn gave us confidence that this was a professionally run business but with a more personal touch. This was backed up before our departure with a full information pack. Everything was covered especially the great simple directions from the airport to the villa and once there our feet sank in to the plush thick carpets it was stunning, it was furnished not like a 4* hotel but more like a Relais Chateaux luxury property, we knew our every need would be covered. Indeed Andy telephoned us at the villa to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

We had a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of space and indeed a spare double bed. The free use of the PC, free international phone calls and the use of a pre-programmed car sat’ nav’ were just examples of the extra little touches that are provided.

The distance from Disney was about 10 minutes and the interstate 4 was only about 5 minutes so access was really good, in fact as we travelled away from the villa we passed other places we had considered (Calabay Parc and Highland Reserve) and was pleased we were closer to the main attractions.

The owners seem to have a great relationship with the management company that maintains the villa who are based locally, this was clear in the way they looked after us even the simple phone call from Jan to us to ensure we was happy with everything was appreciated.

There are so many great points to this villa it's hard to mention them all, but anyone booking Andy and Lynn’s house will be delighted, it’s a true touch of class – we will go back.

We found your villa through the Internet and liked the layout of your site, it appeared very professional.

Our communication with yourselves was once again excellent and when the pack arrived it was full of very useful and necessary information.

We set off after all of the above with very high expectations of your villa, we have been to Orlando some eight times and stayed in eight different villas during these visits, all of them good so you had a lot to beat.

When we arrived the codes and directions were perfect and easy to understand, the home was absolutely fantastic, you have filled it with top of the range furniture and it has all the little luxuries that make it stand out.

The phone call from you Andy on the first day was a good idea and again gave us confidence,

The home had been cleaned well and when the management company attended to sort out the pool they did so efficiently and again were professional and friendly.

Both my wife and I would just like to say that your home is by far the nicest one we have stayed in, the position within the estate is 'spot on', the salt pool with heat excellent, the alarm great idea and overall security excellent.

This is one of the best locations in Orlando with peace and quiet of the executive gated community while easy access to the Interstate highway 4 enables easy navigation to all of Florida's attractions.

The Shire at West Haven in Davenport, Florida boasts some of the best vacation homes community amenities, including a community Clubhouse with a resort-style pool and fitness center, children's playground, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, and an abundance of open green space!

Disney is 10 minutes away. Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy and restaurants are a few minutes away at the Champions Gate Village. The world-renowned championship golf courses of Champions Gate are also a short drive away. A Walmart Supercentre is 15 mins away on the US27.

Other major attractions nearby include City walk at Universal Studios, Posner Park with all its fine dining, shopping and entertainment, the Mall at Millenia, and Premier Factory Outlets.
