One of the few licenced 8 bedroom homes in the Orlando area,this 4000 square foot home is very popular with families,groups of friends and wedding parties.The villa is on the gated community of Formosa Gardens which is an exclusive estate of large villas on half acre plus plots.Our lovely sparkling 34 x 17 foot pool is fully landscaped for privacy, extended massive sun deck has ample loungers and chairs and a new addition is the hot tub.The villa has a large games room with pool table,air hockeys,electronic darts and x box. Tv's in all bedrooms,three Kings,three Queens and four twin beds give plenty of versatility for large groups
Dolphins Cove is our super eight bedroom, six bathroom home right by disney.We are on the closest estate to the Disney parks being just 2 miles to Disney.On the ground floor we have a lovely entrance hallway with high ceilings to give a light and airy feel to the villa, to the left is a queen master,to the right is a quiet sitting area leading to a king master bedroom.
Carry on towards the back of the villa you come to our large family room with ample seating, large screen lcd tv with surround sound and music system.Tol the left we have another king master with doors leading to the poolside,nearby to the family room is a lovely american dream kitchen with all the extras you would expect from such a large villa
Another queen master is situated just passed the utility room, this room and bathroom adjoning have direct access to the pool as well.
Through the utility room is our large games room with everything you need to keep the kids and big kids happy for hours.
On the top floor is one of our themed twin bedrooms, the pirates theme of this bedroom will really impress all the kids in your group,the other twin is winnie the pooh themed.
We have another lovely airy king bedroom on this floor and a queen with adjoining bathroom, all these bedrooms have tv's and ceiling fans.
We have saved the best until last, the pool is 34 foot by 17 foot and is one of the largest pools available in rental homes, the pool screen is surrounded by trees,shrubs and flowers for your privacy, the pool is not overlooked at all, on the large pool deck are many loungers,tables,chairs etc for all your party to relax in or po into the new hot tub for a 105 degree treat,even in the coldest night of winter.There is an outside sunbathing area with bbq area for those days in away from the theme parks.
