Family Room
As you walk into our home you cannot fail to be impressed with the bright and airy feel. You’ll notice immediately that this home is different to most others in the general area with the luxurious furniture really standing out. There is plenty of comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa in this area with a large entertainment unit which includes a large screen cable TV with Cinema sound, DVD player and playstation II console and games. We have also supplied a selection of DVDs & boards games as well as books for everybody to enjoy. More movies and games can be rented from the local rental store at Champions Gate.
Dining Area
The open plan family room leads to the dining area which has a large glass dining table with chairs. This is the setting for a perfect family meal and the wall and table decorations could give you the feeling that you are sat in a top quality Restaurant. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for less formal eating or just for the kids to sit up on. The dining area looks onto the pool and rear of the property which allows the adults to have a great meal whilst the kids enjoy the water.
Bedrooms
We have 4 Wonderfully appointed bedrooms upstairs. All of the rooms have everything you would expect from a home of this high standard such as Cable TVs, clock radios, hairdryers and plenty of quality storage space and lighting
We have 2 master suites with King sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. Both are beautifully furnished with ample wardrobe and closet space. The rooms have ceiling fans as well as being served by the air conditioning and heating systems. After a hard day at the theme parks you really need somewhere where you can sleep in peace and continue with your dreams.
We also have 2 twin rooms furnished to an exceptional standard. One is a Disney themed room which would be enjoyed by kids and adults of all ages whilst the other is wonderfully decorated with a light and relaxing atmosphere. Both of these bedrooms also have ceiling fans and air conditioning and heating. Both bedrooms share the main bathroom.
We provide all linen and towels, so just bring your clothes, yourselves and be prepared for the vacation of a lifetime.
Kitchen & Laundry room
The kitchen area is absolutely wonderful and is fitted out with everything you will need to cook up a snack or full family dinner. There is an oven and hot plates as well as a Microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. We provide all of the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as much more Don’t worry about the dishes either as we also have a dishwasher .
The fully equipped laundry area adjacent to the kitchen has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board as well as plenty of space to store your laundry.
You will also find in this area a selection of infant equipment such as crib, high chair and stroller for your free use with our compliments
Private Pool, Jacuzzi & Deck
Our home has an absolutely beautifully shaped pool with a Jacuzzi spa. What a way to relax. Why not sit out on the extended deck and enjoy a BBQ grilled on the complimentary BBQ that we provide. You can relax out in the sun and just soak up the rays on our sun loungers or chairs, or sit under the covered lanai under the ceiling fan to stay cool. The pool and deck are fully screened with a fine mesh screen which keeps the insects and wildlife out but still provides exposure to the sun. Our pool is professionally maintained weekly to ensure that the chemical balance is correct and the pool is safe and clean to swim in and the deck cleaned also. We have a removable safety fence to give you added peace of mind if you have young children in your party. We have even provided a selection of pool toys, so all the kids need to do after a long flight or drive is get into their swimwear and dive right in.
The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated at a small additional cost if it is a little cold for your liking but this is generally only required from October to March. We have also provided a pool blanket which helps to ensure that your early morning and late night dips in the pool are warm and comfortable.
Games Room
And finally the games room. If we haven’t convinced you yet how about this. We have a full games room with full size pool table, table tennis table and air hockey. There are bar stools and a table to sit at and relax and just unwind. This will keep everyone busy for those rare times that you do stay at home.
