Tradewinds is more than just holiday accommodation, it truly is a home from home. We have tried to think of everything, from flashlights in all the bedrooms in the event of power outages, to wet weather gear for those seasonal Floridian downpours. Tradewinds is a single storey home, featuring;

Kauai Master Bedroom: beautifully furnished, Queen bed, pillow top mattress, ceiling fan, DVD player, cable TV, DVD, phone, alarm clock / radio, walk-in-robe, ensuite bathroom with walk-in-shower. Access to pool area. The ensuite may also be accessed from the pool area.

Orchid Cove Bedroom: lovely furnishings, Cable TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower over tub, Queen bed, pillow top mattress, alarm clock / radio.

Key West Twin: 2 twin beds, cable TV, alarm clock / radio. Shares bathroom with ,

Disney Bunk room: Sleeps 4 in bunk beds, cable TV, alarm clock / radio

Kitchen: garbage disposal, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, large fridge freezer, range cooker and hob, dishwasher, electric can opener. Loads of pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and plasticware for 10.

Dining: Al fresco on the deck, at our breakfast bar or breakfast nook, overlooking the pool. For more formal occasions, try our dining table parsons chairs and coordinating upholstery. All table linens are provided.

Family Room: Lovely lake views, 2 sofas and a recliner. **42"TV** with DVD player. Selection of DVDs, board games, puzzles, books, colouring books and crayons. X-Box and games and PC for your use during your stay.

Games Room: Air hockey, pool table, foosball and a standing fan for your comfort.

Infants: No we don't provide them! Tradewinds is equipped with a high chair, stroller crib and bedding, incase you want to bring your own infants along!

Pool & Spa: manadtory safety fence which may be removed at your discretion, selection of pool toys and swimming aids. Pool towels provided. Loungers and pool furniture.

Utility: Washer, dryer, iron and board - if you really feel you must!

This was my 6th trip to the Kissimmee area and our first time staying in a villa. One word comes to mind on the villa: Amazing. With this being our first time we were somewhat weary when we got there, but we were very happy as soon as we opened the door. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. Everything was very clean and we never had one problem in our 14 days. Above all the layout of the villa allowed for more privacy among our group of 7. The 3 washrooms were a blessing. Anyways I would recommend this villa to anyone and would highly suggest this option over a hotel.

We enjoyed your home. The house was very clean and laid out well. It was big enough so we weren’t on top of each other and it was full with all the amenities that you would need.
You thought of everything that people would need/want, i.e. games, umbrellas, strollers, a list of restaurants, a security gate for the pool, and the game room was a big hit with our children. The pool was a great asset, and we found the beds to be extremely comfortable. I hope to be back soon :)

I would recommend Tradewinds to anybody who is looking for a place to stay Orlando. It was in a beautiful house, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is convenient to all attractions.
