This 4 bed luxury villa is in the perfect location in Kissimmee, situated in "The Hamlets" a small exclusive gated community of just 51 homes, within a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport

We are located just off the US 192 in a quiet community, yet only minutes from all the major attractions, shops and restaurants. Disney is just 10 minutes away with all the other major parks within a 20 minute drive.

Wal-Mart – a huge superstore, where you can buy almost anything is only 5 minutes away with Publix (supermarket) and Target even closer. Within 10 minutes you can be at other large chain stores such as K Mart and also two superb designer outlet malls, featuring all the famous names.

There are numerous restaurants and bars within a 5 minute drive and some top class Golf Courses within easy reach (Nearest Falcons Fire - 8 minutes)

We have been going on holiday to Orlando for the past 17 years and as such know the area pretty well. Over the years we have watched all the new housing estates develop and continue to develop, but have never been tempted to own, because although within a 20 minute drive of Disney, most estates are quite a distance from the popular shops and restaurants.

On one of our visits we found a small secluded new estate in the absolutely perfect location, close to Disney and all the popular shops and restaurants, yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. We now own two luxury villas on The Hamlets, located just off US192 in Kissimmee.

Our aim is to make these luxury villas the perfect holiday home and excellent value for money for our guests. If you choose to book one of our villas, we guarantee you will not be disappointed

The Villa

This fabulous 4 bed 3 bathroom villa provides the highest standard of furnishing and accommodation. Facilities include TV/DVDs in all of the bedrooms, large TV, DVD player and CD/stereo system in the main lounge, washing machine/drier and a fully equipped kitchen.

The large pool is heated (if required) and has an extensive sunbathing area. For added luxury a spa has been added to the pool deck; which needs to be heated. The pool area is not overlooked at the rear and has a view of a small lake.

Three of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor whilst, for additional privacy, there is a second master bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom. The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans fitted in the lounge and bedrooms for extra comfort.

The villas are tastefully decorated and all linens/towels are provided. We believe everything is in place to make your stay feel like home.


Lounge/Dining Area

Tastefully furnished lounge/dinning area with dining table and chairs along with two sofas, one that can also double up as a bed, Large screen TV with over 60 cable channels and DVD player. The dining area is bright and has a table and chairs. The lounge and family room both have patio door access to the pool area.

Family Room

With two sofas, one that may also double up as a bed - a quiet room which can be used for reading or playing board games. Also hosts a PC with high speed internet access.

Fully Fitted Kitchen

Luxury kitchen with all the appliances you would expect with a villa of this quality. Fridge/freezer with ice-maker, water dispenser, full cooker range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, waste disposal unit and coffee maker. The cupboards are well stocked with enough cooking utensils and crockery for up to 12 people. Tucked away near to the garage is a washing machine and dryer.

Second Master Bedroom

This bedroom is of a good size with a queen size bed, modern furniture, ‘walk in’ wardrobe and TV/DVD. This bedroom also has its own bathroom including bath and shower. Ideal, self-contained private area for grandparents or second adult couple.

Master Bedroom

King Size bed in a tastefully furnished room, with its own TV/DVD, Large walk in wardrobe and storage area and a fantastic bathroom with corner bath and separate shower area.

Twin Bedrooms

Two bedrooms with twin beds and ‘walk in’ wardrobes in each. The bedroom has a TV/DVD, and one has a Sony Play station 2 (NTSC Format).

Bathroom

A third bathroom including shower and bath is also positioned on the first floor.

Pool Area

Large 28ft by 14ft swimming pool surrounded by over 500 square feet of pool deck area. A fantastic spa is featured in one corner of the pool deck. This area comprises of 2 tables, 12 chairs and a number of sun beds. The pool/spa has heating available on request. Pool heat is recommended for October to April; spa heat is recommended all year round. For the safety of small children the pool also has a specially designed safety cordon that can be erected in minutes and the patio doors are alarmed. The pool can be accessed from either the lounge or family room via patio doors. For your convenience the pool is cleaned and serviced at least once a week.
