Sunray villa is situated on a new resort community on highway 27 and offers you the best of both worlds. As a guest you have the privacy of this luxury 5 bed villa but with all the added benefits of top class resort facilities just a short stroll away.

Sunray villa has been furnished to a high standard with the aid of an interior designer. The villa is light and airy with a modern feel. There are 5 bedrooms in total, 1 US king, 2 US queen and 2 twin rooms. 2 of the rooms are ensuite, the twin rooms share a bath and there is an additional shower room on the ground level, giving 4 bathroom areas in total. The overall feel to the bedrooms is one of elegance and quite contemporary with the exception of one of the twin rooms being designated to the younger members of the group or for those young at heart with a Winnie the Pooh theme. All bedrooms have tv’s, clock radios and hairdryers.

The villa has one main living area at the rear of the house which the sunlight streams through. The kitchen and breakfast nook lead onto the pool/spa deck where you can relax the days away or refresh between park and shopping trips on the ample padded loungers. There is a covered area for those seeking shade from the Florida sunshine. The pool is illuminated for night time dips and as outdoor tableware is provided you don’t have to leave the spa for that holiday glass of wine!

The villa has all the amenities you should require for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge/ freezer. The laundry room has washer and dryer. The family room has DVD player, large screen LCD HDTV and play station 2. If that isn’t enough then don’t forget to check out the ‘games room’ for pool and hockey fun!

The younger members of the group are provided for with a complimentary use of cot, high chair, stair gate and stroller and popular 'Radio Flyer' Wagon. There is also a selection of toys and traditional board games for the whole family to enjoy.

The Solana club itself has a state of the art clubhouse which is home to a sundry shop, snack bar, large resort pool, spa, interactive children’s water area, sand volleyball court, putting green, recreation/soccer field, internet room, fitness room, arcade and a meeting room with reception and guest services. Whether you are seeking quiet time at the villa, or wishing to meet new friends at the clubhouse or check on your e-mails, work off those doughnuts in the gym maybe, Solana Resort has it all to offer you.

The location is perfect, being only 15 minutes from Disney and just minutes from many restaurants and supermarkets. The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are an hour by car, so with so much to choose from, this central location really is the perfect spot for your family’s dream vacation.

Pool Heater is an additional £95 / $170 per week plus tax.

All weekly rates are inclusive of 12% tax. This is payable no matter where the booking is made, despite what some other owners may claim. We are happy to provide a copy of our tax receipts to show that this does get past on by us to the tax collector!
