Our 4 bedroom 3 bath spacious accommodation, sleeps 10 people and an infant. It has a well appointed quiet sitting room that can be used as bedroom five, it has an open plan dining room / kitchen with every modern convenience, we also have a very comfortable family room with cable tv, DVD, & HI-FI Systems and internet connection at no extra cost. There is also a safe where you can lock up your valuables. There are 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms and cable tv. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms also have cable tv with access to the 3rd bathroom. A lovely Pool and spa and a games room that has a pool table and electronic dartboard. There is a separate laundry room.
There is also free access to all of the facilities offered at the Club house on-site.
Our privately owned villa is a luxury 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Spacious accommodation with 2000sq feet of living space for up to 10 people and an infant.
We are conveniently located on Highway 27, on the Delightful Glenbrook Resort Development. Disney world is a TRUE 10 Minutes away, with many prestigious championship golf courses near by. Interstate 4 is 10 Minutes drive away to the south which is ideally situated for sea world, Universal Studios, and many other major attractions, not forgetting the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf coast approx 90 Minutes.
Highway 192 is just a few minutes drive to the south.
The villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There is a quiet sitting room where there is a bed settee, Also there is a family room with total comfort with its high cathedral ceiling, Cable TV, DVD, Hi-FI Systems with CD. – computer with internet connection. There is also piped music throughout the house.
Leading from the quiet sitting room is an open plan dining room kitchen which is fully equipped with every Modern convenience, there are 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite Bathrooms and cable TV, the third and fourth bedroom are twin bedded rooms which both directly access the third bathroom the third and fourth bedrooms also have cable TV. With every bedroom having en-suite Facilities there is no more queuing for the bathroom in the morning. We also provide – Cot with bedding, high chair, stroller(all new). There is a separate laundry room complete with washing machine tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels (except beach towels) and bedding are provided.
Outside there is an extended deck area, the pool area is equipped with luxury pool furniture. There is also a hot tub, Great fun for the kids in the day and by night creates the perfect retreat to relax and unwind in a wonderfully natural setting.
We offer a high standard of accommodation, therefore we regularly visit our home to ensure that we continue to maintain the level of service to all our future guests, we have a visitors book so that guests can comment on their stay. We have introduced a Games room which consists of a pool table, Football table, An electric dartboard, to keep the kids ( And Dads ) Occupied for hours. There is also a Club House on site which you can use free of charge while staying in our home. This includes Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis clubhouse with billiards, Meeting facilities, Movies, and resort style swimming pool. Every effort has been made to ensure you have a holiday of a lifetime.

The above rates include Florida tax of 10%. The price you see is the price you pay.
The price is for the villa per week not per person, it includes electricity, water, air conditioning, cable TV, clean bed linen and towels.
To show how economical a luxury villa can be, 10 people sharing in March, The weekly price is less then £7 per person per night.
Compare that with hotel rates with far less comfort and facilities.
We will consider discounting our rates for late availability, rents of three weeks or more, or to fill a gap in our rental diary.
