ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES

Entrance in to the villa takes you into the large formal lounge area and dining room, which is over 23ft in length. Here you can relax on the luxurious sofas whilst listening to your favourite music on the stereo. We have also provided a computer with free high speed internet access (from January 2006). Why not enjoy a meal whilst seated at the beautiful glass dining table which seats 8 adults with ease.

Adjoining the dining area is the large fully fitted family kitchen. Here you will find the large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee perculator and kettle. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided for you.

Leading off from the kitchen is the breakfast nook which has a further table and four chairs, ideal for those quick snacks. Adjoinging this is the family room which looks directly out onto the pool area and golf course beyond, through double pation doors. For your relaxation you will find two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, a 32" colour cable television with DVD player and a selection of movies. There is also a playstation 2 console with 2 controles and plenty of games to keep the children (and adults!) entertained.

In the large double garage we have provided an 8ft pool table and a table football games along with a cot, highchair and stroller. Also provided for your convenience is a washing maching, tuble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has en-suite facilities comprising of a large corner bath, shower cubicle with screen, wash basin and seperate toilet. The bedroom itself has a large walk in closet, a queen sized bed, triple dresser with mirror, large entertainment unit with television and dvd player and two bedside units with lamps. We have also provided a ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer.

The second master bedroom also has en-suite facilities comprising of a large walk in shower cubicle with glass doors and grip bars for our disabled guests, wash basin and toilet. The bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen sized bed, a chest unit with television, walk in closet and two bedside units with lamps. There is also an alarm clock and hairdryer provided.

The two further twin bedrooms furnished with fitted wardrobes, two twin beds, a bedside unit with lamp and alarm clock. In between these rooms you will find the family bathroom, which comprises of bath with shower over and shower screen, wash basin and toilet. A further hairdryer has been provided.

Ample bed linen and towels have been provided for the duration of your stay.

The pool is south facing over the 4th fairway and south east facing over the 1st fairway. We have provided a Hydro-massage Hot Tub for your relaxation. There is an extended deck area giving ample room for the large patio table, 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers, 3 side tables and the free BBQ. The pool has underwater lighting and pool heat is available, subject to an additional charge, should you require it.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in your villa "tThe Dunes".
The villa had everything we could have wanted and we felt really at home there. There was no-one staying in the villas either side so we had a lot of privacy even though the villa has a great outlook and is not overlooked at all. We were all really sad to leave and we will defiantely be recommending to family and friends as well as hoping to return there ourselves in the next few years when the kids arewanting to try out the bigger rides on offer!
