Newly furnished, with sleeping for 10; you will find all the accessories and appliances you need for your stay.
The Briargrove community has tennis courts for your use, and a communal playground if the youngsters need to climb. For indoor activities, you will find table tennis set up in the 2 car garage.
We are two minutes from the new Championsgate, and 15 minutes from the parks.
This attractive villa offers all the comforts of home in a Sunshine State setting. The property is licensed, registered and locally managed.
Mickey Mouse is only minutes away!! Less than 15 minutes drive will take you to Disney World. Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorland, Air Boat and Helicopter rides are all within easy reach.
If you like to shop there are malls aplenty on the Orange Blossom Trails and Route 192.
2 Queen bedrooms plus 2 twin bedrooms, together with a Queen sofa bed, give you the capacity to comfortably sleep 10 people .
A fully-fitted kitchen offers all the convenience of home for those eat-in occasions, and an over-sized washer and dryer are ready should you need them.
Cable TV is available in the family room and master bedroom.
Adults and children alike will enjoy the pool and patio area which is accessible from both the master bedroom and kitchen nook, in addition to having a door to the main bathroom. A safety fence around the pool gives you peace of mind if you are sharing the home with children. The spacious rear garden offers a fenced-in play area with views across fields. Outdoor dining comfort is afforded on the covered patio complete with lights and ceiling fans. A pool light completes the evening ambiance.
The villa sits on the beautifully maintained Briargrove community which is easily accessed from I-4, Routes 192 and 27. It is close to all the area attractions yet far enough away to offer a haven of peace and quiet. A tennis court and playground are situated next to the community pool.
Very nearby ChampionsGate offers two 18-hole golf courses. There you will also find a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens, McDonald’s, Pepperon’ Pizzeria, Chinese take-away and a gas station. More restaurants and shops are located within 5 minutes on Route 27.
