Our family villa is fully air conditioned, we have a privately screened south facing pool area. Take an early morning dip or swim under the stars, or relax after a busy day out at the parks. (complete with table and chairs and sun loungers).
We have a large garden which has a shaded bench for those peaceful moments.
All linen, towels, washing machine and dryer, iron etc. are included.
Television with cable and DVD/CD player.
High speed internet access.
1 queen size room, one double, both with tv, one with video player and films, twin room.with t.v. playstation and games.
Games room with pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts board, and a selection of board games.
Ideally situated 2 minutes from Champions Gate. 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 10 minutes from Disney. Shops and restaurants within 2 miles.

Our villa is situated in Briargrove, which is a lovely peaceful neighbourhood,it has a childrens play area within a couple of minutes walking distance, along with tennis courts and community pool.
We are minutes away from a Publix supermarket, for all those essentials along with many restaurants, video store, and many others.
We are 2 minutes drive from Champions Gate, therefore easy access to all the main attractions.
It is a /2 hour drive to Tampa and 2 hour drive to Clearwater beach. Kennedy Space Centre, on the opposite coast, just over an hour away.
Other attractions include:
Fishing, sight seeing, balloon rides, airboat rides, golf.
Golf.
This area is a hotspot for great golf courses, whatever your ability, there will be something to challenge the professional and please the recreational golfer at the same time.
