We are the Hart family from Wakefield, England and we would love to welcome you to our villa. We first visited Florida in 1988 and fell in love with it, not just the attractions but everything else, the sunshine, the scenery, the beaches, the food, the people, we just wanted to go back time and again. We were lucky enough to buy our villa in 2000 and because we bought it off plan we were able to choose our plot so we chose one which overlooks a conservation area at the back for privacy, it is west facing for maximum enjoyment of the afternoon and spectacular sunset after a day enjoying the attractions of the area. The villa can accommodate 9 people and we had our deck area extended. We chose a plot which is not adjacent to the highway so it is very quiet & peaceful, in a gated community which is now well established – there is no construction work. We chose The Manors at Westridge as an ideal location for all the attractions of the Orlando area and within easy reach of the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic coast. We spend our family vacations with our 3 daughters and friends and family in our villa and are constantly making upgrades and additions with our guests in mind. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do and to make it a real home from home.

2 further twin bedrooms have built in closets and share house bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit, WC and direct access to pool. Rollaway bed for additional guest.

Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer. stove, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fully equipped with flatware, silverware, glassware and cooking utensils including toaster, coffee make and electric can opener. We have also provided unbreakable crockery for your safety when dining al fresco on the deck. Includes breakfast nook with table & chairs and bar stools.

15 minutes drive to Disney world, shops, restaurants, supermarket within 1 mile. 90 minutes to Cocoa Beach (Kennedy Space Centre), 2 hours to Gulf of Mexico, golf courses nearby including the famous David Leadbeater Academy at Championsgate within 5 miles.

Prices for the WHOLE house from £495/$990 per week including taxes and all linens. Pool heating if required in the winter months is an additional £10/$20 per day.
