Our opulent 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa is located on a premium lot on the much sought after Legacy Park community and affords stunning conservation views which form an exotic and natural backdrop for your Florida vacation. HOLLIES RETREAT. TIME TO RELAX

POOL & SPA: Our fabulous villa has its own upgraded 30'x15' South facing, fully screened pool and spa with dramatic colour changing underwater lighting. The entire area is decked for your enjoyment and because of it’s orientation, enjoys the wonderful Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. And if that wasn’t enough, it also affords a stunning vista of natural conservation making the whole area considerably more private than properties which back onto other homes. Your privacy is further enhanced by additional fencing to the sides of the pool deck, which means that you can relax and enjoy the deep padded Palm Casual loungers and chairs, or maybe even cook up an al fresco meal on the electric BBQ without being overlooked.

GAMES ROOM

If you ever need a break from the fabulous golden sunshine outdoors, then you can continue your vacation fun by stepping inside and checking out the amazing facilities we offer in our fully equipped games room. Whether it’s a casual game of pool on our stunning 8ft pool table, an energetic game of table tennis, a high octane session of air hockey, a premiere league match of foosball or everyone’s favourite, electronic darts, we guarantee you will be spoilt for choice. There is so much to do, there really is something for everyone of all ages.

Lounge Rooms & Loft

Back inside the villa itself, we know that you will fall in love with our stylish furnishings, impressive décor and designer touches. Chosen with style and comfort in mind, our two impressive lounge rooms and additional loft area will provide plenty of space for “down time” where everyone can relax and chill and take life at their own pace, with the always appreciated benefit of added privacy.

One of the most common comments we receive from our guests is the fact that our home provides so much space, so it goes without saying that our villa is perfect for both smaller groups who enjoy the freedom to stretch out or equally for a larger group who will appreciate the benefits of being able to live together without tripping over each other at the same time!

Not only do we make sure that you are extremely comfortable, but we also make sure that you are provided with all the very latest electronics to keep you entertained. In the lounges, these include such goodies as a 42” wide screen TV, DVD/Video with movie library and cd player, and in the Loft area, a stunning pc system with free high speed wi-fi internet connection, and a high tech X box games console with games for the kids, and those still young at heart.

Kids & Infants

And speaking of kids, let us assure you that even our youngest guests receive a warm welcome and are well catered for throughout their stay, as we are delighted to offer a complimentary high chair, baby monitor, stroller/pram, toys & cot/crib. Also, for the safety of younger guests, all doors leading to the pool area are securely fitted with a child safety pool alert alarm system to warn adults if a child has wandered into the pool area unattended.


Beds & Baths

Our stunning bedrooms and crisp clean bathrooms are, like the rest of the villa, designed with opulence and relaxation in mind. To add to the air of style and convenience, all our bedrooms feature colour cable TV’s and DVD players. All are air conditioned and have the added advantage of ceiling fans to help maintain that cool fresh air temperature.

Bed / Bath # 1 : This regal master bedroom is 21ft x 15ft and has a breathtaking king size four poster bed, cable TV, DVD player and fully equipped master bathroom suite.

Bed / Bath # 2 : The second master bedroom features a beautiful king size sleigh bed, cable TV, DVD player, and its own exquisite master bathroom suite.

Bed / Bath # 3 : The third master has a sumptuous queen size bed, cable TV, DVD player and en suite bathroom, which leads conveniently out into the pool area.

Beds # 4 & # 5 : To complete our bedroom selection we have two twin bedded rooms, each containing two full sized single beds and a remote controlled cable TV and DVD player.

Bath # 4 : Located adjacent to the twin bedded rooms this bathroom which features double sinks and vanities is perfect for two sharing.

Bath #5 (Half Bath) : Located on the ground floor, this half bathroom or “powder room” completes our plethora of porcelain!

Kitchen & Dining Options

The kitchen of our spectacular Florida home is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve guests. Every labour saving device and kitchen appliance has been provided to ensure that you can prepare everything from a simple snack to a full blown family dinner.

And when you are through cooking, the only other decision is where to eat that yummy home cooked repast. Will it be the formal dining room adjacent to the lounge, the casual breakfast nook area which affords access to the sun deck, the breakfast bar itself, or maybe even outside for a little al fresco flavour poolside. Where ever you decide, we guarantee, that home cooked food never tasted so good !

We had a great week and enjoyed the house alot. THe pool and game room was a real hit with the family. The Grandkids really liked the Water Parks, SeaWorld, Dixie Stamped show and Disneyworld.

Yes – my family and I had safe journey home and we had a WONDERFUL time in Florida. Your home is beautiful and worked out perfectly for our travel party. The bedrooms were the perfect size for us and we were so grateful to have the baby cot and the high-chair available for use for our 1-year-old son. And our daughter loved the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa and we hope to rent from you again in the future. Thank you so much.

Hello from Louisiana. We got back from Disney safe and sound last Sunday but then it was right back to work, so this was my first chance to sit down and email you.

What can I say other than it was the best vacation of my life. Between the villa and the fact that Disney is in fact, the happiest place on earth we all had a very good time.

I can not thank you enough for all of your help, you made my families dreams come true. When Hurricane Katrina hit and took everything we owned with it my wife and I never thought we would ever get a vacation again.

My wife would like to know if you own any other villas in the states. Next year we are thinking of going to Hershey Pennsylvania.
