Our villa has Cable TV in the Lounge and all bedrooms. We offer free local calls. There is wireless internet conection (bring your own laptop).

Fully fitted superb kitchen with every conceivable cooking item. You can prepare a feast or just simply heat a pizza in the microwave, the choice is yours. Large fridge / freezer with ice making (crushed ice if required) and chilled water dispenser.

Highlands Reserve is a highly prestigious development. Very tranquil, it is set amongst pine trees and orange groves. It has a first class 18 hole, par 72 golf course. Situated south of Highway 192 on US 27 and only 15 minutes from Disney. Highlands Reserve is comprised of a mix of residential and rental homes.
Close by are an abundance of shops and restaurants to suit every taste.
Within a ten minute walk is the Regal Palms Sports Bar and Restaurant

Our luxury air conditioned villa with ceiling fans is furnished to a very high standard.

The living room has a 42” flat screen cable TV, DVD player and CD music system. From here, patio doors lead to the pool area.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and light meals can be taken at the breakfast bar. There is a further dining area with a more formal dining table and 6 chairs.

Our 26 x 12 fully screened pool features underwater lighting and water jets. What better way to relax after a busy day than out here on the pool deck enjoying a glass of wine. Alternatively you could lose those tensions of your hectic day by unwinding in the 6 person spa. We also have luxury padded sun beds to help you to relax. The pool area is surrounded by Viburnum plants to add privacy.

The villa sleeps 8 people in its four spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with luxury furniture, a Queen size bed and regal furnishing, it has an armoire fitted with a with a large cable TV and DVD player. A telephone and radio alarm clock is included. Attached are the luxury en-suite facilities.
The second bedroom has a full size bed, and has a cable TV, it is a lovely large room with bathroom adjacent. There are 2 further twin bedrooms both have cable TV and one of which is themed Winnie the Pooh
The villa offers use of a security safe (at no extra charge). In addition to air conditioning, the living area and master bedroom have ceiling fans.
Everything is included to make your stay a real home-from-home experience including bedding and towels. The villa contains washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
The games room has a Sony® Play Station and games, Air Ice Hockey, Pool, Foosball and darts

If you have young children then we provide a portable crib/cot (guests need to bring their own bedding), stroller and highchair.

The Golf Club itself boasts an 18 hole, par 72 Championship golf course with large, fast, undulating greens making the course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.

There is an adventure playground for children and communal tennis court and pool.
The community itself has a good balance of holiday and residential homes and the grounds are always immaculately kept – a lovely place to stroll around as the sun sets over the nature reserve.
