Our villa is on the prestigious West Stonebridge community (just off Highway 27).
The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 kingsize with en-suite, and 2 twins with shared bathroom.
All bedrooms have a cable TV and DVD.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and also has an informal dining area.
At the front of the villa is the formal dining area comfortably seating 6.
There is also a family area with sofabed, 32" cable TV, DVD & PS2;patio doors leading directly onto the covered patio and screened private south facing pool.
A games room allows you to unwind with some fun!.
The villa is in an immaculate condition through out and we are sure you will enjoy all it has to offer.

West Stonebridge is a small quiet and friendly community consisting of only around 70 villas.

Outside the Villa
You will not be disappointed by the instant visual appeal our villa provides. Outside you will see a maintained garden directly to the side of the driveway leading to the integral double garage.

On first entering
Internally the villa could not be of a higher calibre, the quality of finish and general décor is immaculate.
4 good sized bedrooms are provided.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite, which in turn leads directly onto the covered patio and screened pool. This en-suite is accessable from the pool & patio.

The 2nd bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite.

2 additional bedrooms
There are a further 2 bedrooms both twins with a shared bathroom between them. Each with cable TV & DVD. They are currently themed to appeal to children.

The entire villa has air conditioning and central heating.

Kitchen
The kitchen at the centre of the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a 4 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven and a utility room with clothes dryer and washing machine. The villa telephone is available here also, with FREE local calls for your convience.

Family room
Situated to the rear of the villa is the family room, with a comfortable sofa (converts to guest bed), 32" cable TV & DVD,PS2; with patio doors leading directly to the pool. FREE use of wireless/wired internet access.

Dining
Also at the rear is the informal breakfast/lunch dining area with formal dining seating 6 to the front of the villa.

Patio
Outside the patio doors is a large covered patio to shade you from the Florida sunshine; supplied with 6 chairs and a table, then of course the large south facing screened pool.

Pool
The south facing pool can be heated at your request for an additional charge. The pool is not over looked from the rear as this villa is located on the edge of West Stonebridge. Patio furniture for 6 and a table are provided for alfresco dining.

Games room
Consisting of a pool table, air hockey, fooseball (table football) and table tennis table. All free for your use!

For the babies!
In the villa are also a highchair, stroller and crib to save you hiring.
