This charming and attractive Villa is in a quiet, established community just 10 minutes drive from Disney and 20 minutes drive from Universal Studios and other main attractions in the Orlando area, including Sea World and the shops and restaurants on International Drive (not to mention the shops and restaurants along highway 192).
The master bedroom has an en-suite with His and Hers washbsasins, bath and shower. The pool is south facing and has a built-in jacuzzi in one corner. The master bed is queen sized, second bed is full sized. One sofa is a bed-settee for two people.
There is X-box and 3 games for the kids, DVD player, and FREE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALLS!!!
Davenport Lakes is an attractive, established community on the south-west side of Orlando. It is easily reached from the west end of the 192 east / west highway and is easily accessible from the Interstate 4 which services the Disney and Universal theme parks and accesses International Drive.
The villa itself is situated on one of the tree-lined avenues which run through the community. A key is provided which allows access to the large heated communal swimming pool Tennis courts and kids play area.
The pool key also gives access to the boat slipway into Davenport Lake itself, so bring your own boat!. There is a dock for fishing and boat mooring.
Our villa has all the usual accessories expected from a vacation home; large screen TV and DVD player in the living area, TV in the master bedroom, telephone with FREE LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALLS. En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with two basins, bath and shower cubicle and 3 good sized bedrooms.
The double garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, air hockey. table football and table tennis. There is an X-box with three games; other games and DVD's can be rented locally as required.
Two bedrooms are doubles; one queen size, while the other one is twin bed. The master bedroom has an access door directly to the outside pool area, which also boasts a Jacuzzi for that extra pampering after a long day at the theme parks or shopping around. A further two people can be accommodated on a divan bed in the living room if needed.
The master bedroom is lockable and has direct access to the covered lanai by the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and cooking utensils and there is a large capacity washing machine and dryer if needed. Like most American houses the washer and dryer are located in the double garage. The spacious dining area seats six, with an additional 4 places available at the breakfast table.
Of course there is air conditioning and, for cooler days, ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool. If you like the outdoors, just a few minutes walk away is Davenport Lake and surrounding woodland, which makes a peaceful end to a busy day with the children at the theme parks.
The light and airy living room, excellent spacious layout and agmes and entertainment for the children make staying in this Villa an enjoyable experience foar all our guests whatever their age!
