The living area boasts 37" LCD TV with DVD player (also plays audio CD's), The master bed has a chaise longue for that luxury feel and a large screen TV and mini Hi Fi system for private entertainment.

The second queen double bedroom has large screen TV and CD radio alarm clock. One twin bed has TV and the other has X-box with games.

Pool, Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Table Football as well as fun safety darts and some board games are in the games room.

The villa is fully maintained and serviced by a local management company for your complete holiday enjoyment.

MacDonalds, Publix supermarket, Restaurants, DVD & Video hire, UPS (Post) are only 5 minutes from villa at Champions Gate!

Thousand Oaks is an established community in a conservation area south of Orlando, easily reached from the 192 east / west highway and Interstate 4 which services the Disney and Universal theme parks and accesses International Drive, with its entertainments, restaurants and shopping malls.

Access to and from all the main Orlando attractions is very quick and easy using J58 (Champions Gate) of the I-4, which is about 5 minutes from the Thousand Oaks community.

The villa itself is situated at the end of a close, so the area is very safe for young children to play and explore. It has all the usual facilities expected from a vacation home; two bathrooms (one en-suite with shower to the master bedroom) and 4 good sized bedrooms.

Two bedrooms are twin bedded, while the other two are double (Queen) beds. The master bedroom has an access door directly to the outside pool area, which backs directly onto woodland and is completely unoverlooked. A further two people can be accommodated on the double divan bed in the living area.

The villa is fully serviced by a local management company, so in the unlikely event of any problems they can be reached easily to ensure that your holiday is a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and cooking utensils and there is a large capacity washing machine and dryer if needed. For music enjoyment the kitchen also has a mini Hi Fi system. Like most American houses the washer and dryer are located in the double garage. The separate dining area seats six, with an additional ‘breakfast bar’ eating area. Adjoining this is the living area, from which you can see the pool.

Of course there is air conditioning and, for not-so-hot-days, ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool. The pool can be heated if required. If you like the outdoors, just a few minutes walk away are lakes and woodland, which makes a peaceful end to a busy day with the children at the theme parks.
