Welcome to our lovely home! Your vacation starts the moment you open the front door. Just 12 minutes from Disney at exclusive Calabay Parc we are within easy reach of parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and all the other attractions.

The light airy family room is at the center of the home and opens directly on to the oversize south facing lanai(deck) with its 28' x 13' heated pool. The enclosed deck receives full sun all day and is great for relaxing, swimming, dining alfresco or enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sun go down after a busy day at the parks, playing golf, shopping or sight seeing. A ceiling fan in the covered section of lanai keeps you cool even on the hottest days.

Fully air conditioned, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large master suite with its king size bed opens on to the south facing lanai and pool. This room has cable HD TV/DVD, phone, ceiling fan, walk in closet and bathroom with large shower, tub, twin basins and separate toilet.

The second master suite has queen size bed, large closet, ceiling fan, cable TV, and ensuite with walk in shower, basin and toilet.

Two twin-bedded rooms share a Jack n Jill bathroom. Both twins have cable TV and there is a portable DVD which can be used with any of the TVs.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area have everything you need to prepare meals and dine in comfort or there are numerous outlets offering free delivery at the end of a free phone call if you don't want to cook.

This is a perfect home for two families to share or for one extended family.

CALABAY PARC

This prestigious development is on US27 is four miles north of its junction with I4 making it simplicity itself to reach the Disney Parks, Sea World, Busch Gardens, the beaches on the Gulf coast and the Space Coast.

Several championship golf courses are also within easy reach.

There is a brand new Publix two miles north of Calabay Parc on the 27 and a large Walmart a couple of miles further on.

The 192 with its enormous selection of restaurants, take-aways, shops and amusement arcades is only 8-10 minutes away.

FAMILY ROOM

This spacious room with its vaulted ceiling leads directly onto the pool through large patio doors. The comfortable seating area is perfect for watching cable TV, playing DVDs or just relaxing and listening to music. A selection of books, DVDs and CDs is available for your use.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA

The fully equipped kitchen includes electric oven and hob (range), microwave oven, dishwasher, large American style refrigerator complete with ice maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and mixer. If you prefer not to take advantage of the facilities, all the popular take-aways are at the end of the phone. The comfortable dining table although normally set up for six easily extends to seat eight and is great for dining and sitting around afterwards discussing the day's events or planning tomorrows itinery

A large washing machine and dryer cope with wet towels and other laundry. An iron and ironing board are also available.

MASTER BEDROOM 1

Here you can truly luxuriate in the sumptuous master bedroom with its king size bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan, and spacious en-suite bathroom. Soak away the day's tensions in the large tub or enjoy the invigorating walk-in shower. There are twin basins and separate toilet.

Complete with telephone and cable HD TV/DVD this is a perfect escape haven with its own door to the lanai and pool.

MASTER BEDROOM 2

This bedroom has a queen size bed and luxury bathroom with walk-in shower en-suite. There is a large wardrobe, ceiling fan and cable TV.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4

These rooms are twin-bedded with large wardrobes and are joined by a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom which can be used for the exclusive use of either bedroom thus offering en-suite facilities to all bedrooms. Both of these rooms have cable TV and there is a portable DVD player which can be used with any of the televisions.

POOL/DECK (Lanai) AREA

The southwest facing 26' x 13' heated pool is set in a large deck with an enclosed screen to protect you from the sun's UV rays and insects. The pool can be screened off enabling children to play safely outside but unable to enter the pool without your knowledge and exits from the deck area are all out of reach of young children. Easily accessible from the Family Room and Kitchen areas so you can keep a watchful eye on the children whilst opening that bottle of wine (or beer) and preparing meals, the covered lanai with its ceiling fan provides shelter from the sun's rays whilst allowing you to enjoy the open air and the spectacular sunsets. Sun loungers and comfortable chairs provide ample seating for all, in or out of the sun. A large table provides an eating area for up to eight people. There is also a pool toilet.

GAMES AREA

A brand new games area has just been added with foosball, pool table, table tennis, electronic dart board (18 games with 102 options and no sharp points!)and table hockey.

Our local management company are always at the end of the phone for any queries or problems you may have, however large or small.

Just a quick message to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa. We had a fantastic time, despite the weather being a bit stormy, and sadly missing the launch of the shuttle.

I spoke to your agent on the Sunday as we were leaving, and she kindly let us leave the cases in the villa until midday, which helped greatly as our flights weren't until later in the day.

I have stayed at the Dolphins twice now with my family and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The villa is immaculate, very well kept and spotlessly clean!

I have always found the owner most helpful along with the management company too, they go out of their way to assist you, excellent customer service.

Definitely would recommend for anyone to stay here.

We had a great time and loved the villa, no more hotels in Florida. Jan was really helpful. My brother in law was over and they all got sick after first meal in their hotel with the baby ending up in hospital. Jan helped sort out another villa for them.
The villa was great, better than the pic's. Very clean. Tried to leave it as tidy as we could. We would be keen on renting it again in the future.

We rented this lovely villa from January 3rd to April 3rd 2009. What a nice home away from home. This home is well equipped with lots of nice pool towels, two sets of sheets for every bed, lots of bath towels. The kitchen has everything you could want to make your own meals. We found the villa clean and well maintained. It has a large deck area with 4 loungers, a large table and lots of chairs to maximize our enjoyment of the pool area. To our surprise, the owner and the property management company were very responsive to our initial problem with the internet and sent a technician to resolve the problem. This being out 5th house in Florida, our experience with property manager has not been good up to now. This villa is close to Disney and all the other attractions. I would rent this villa again.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful our vacation in Orlando was…I have been telling our family that it was and will probably be the “BEST” vacation we ever have!!!
When we walked into the house we were truly amazed at how wonderful everything was and the kids were SOOOO excited about the pool. The pool was perfect for our three children and we really enjoyed the games room too!!
The house and all the amenities were wonderful!! Jan was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We absolutely loved your home and not only hope to come back but will recommend it to anyone who asks about Orlando rental houses.

It’s a week since we got back from Florida. We have not got over the jet lag and are back to normal.
The villa was great and the grandchildren spent all the time when we were back at the villa in the pool. We managed to see all the main parks with early start and early to bed. It was a great holiday.

Hi. We just wanted to thank you for renting your place to us a few weeks ago. We had a great time! Your house is very nice and we enjoyed the pool and patio and also the games room. It was a very nice set up with the kitchen open to the living area. Having an extra bath-room out by the pool was nice too. We had six adults and one child and we all fit comfortably in your home. I have to say when we arrived at your home we were so impressed! You have a beautiful villa. I would recommend your home to anyone. We had a wonderful time considering our heartache. My Mom kept saying go on your trip because that is what your Dad would have wanted. Believe me it was comforting when we arrived at your home – it felt like home. Florida is beautiful. We went to Busch Gardens, Wet-n-Wild Swim Park, Magic Kingdom and Daytona Beach. We were very busy. Sorry to miss your call.
