No Worries - that is our aim when you stay at our luxury 5 bedroom pool home 10 minutes from Disney. That's why we decided to name it "Hakuna Matata".
Surrounded by beautiful wooded conservation area, it is the ideal place to relax after a day at the Parks. Only minutes from Champions Gate, where you will find shopping facilities including a supermarket, a choice of restaurants including McDonalds (for the kids) and some excellent Golf (for the Dads).

Setting
Surrounded by picturesque countryside, our luxury 5 bedroom home is situated at Sandy Ridge, a new development just 10 minutes from Disney. Whether you are in Florida for the attractions, the golf or simply to have a relaxing time, you will find this peaceful and tranquil setting ideal. Forget the hustle and bustle and relax by our 28 by 14 foot pool, with extra decking to accommodate the sun loungers.
Living Area
This spacious room has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan to help keep cool on those fabulous sunny days. It is furnished to an eceptionally high standard and equipped with an entertainment system including a large 32" TV with access to cable channels. Playstation 2 available with a selection of games. High speed wireless internet connection to help keep in touch with family and friends.
Dining Area
Situated next to the kitchen, the dining area is ideal for family meals.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker,coffee maker, toaster, blender ... I could go on, needless to say you won't be left wanting. You can also sit and enjoy your breakfast in our comfortable nook.
Master Bedroom 1
We have two bedrooms with en-suite facilities in the villa. Master bedroom 1 is accessed from the lounge. Furnished with a huge King Sized bed, dresser, mirror, 2 night tables with lamps and cable TV with remote. There is also a large walk in wardrobe for all your storage needs.
En-suite Bathroom 1
The en-suite bathroom adjoining master bedroom 1 has 2 washbasins, wc and luxury shower. All towels are provided.
Master Bedroom 2
Master bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen Sized bed, a chest of drawers, a night stand and lamp. Cable TV is also included in this room.
En-suite Bathroom 2
The en-suite bathroom adjoining master bedroom 2 has a single basin, WC and shower cubicle. Again, all towels are provided.
Bedrooms 3 & 4
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are accessed from the living room and are both furnished as twins, each with a chest of drawers, night stand and lamp. Both have cable TV and built in wardrobes.
Bathroom 3
Our 3rd bathroom consists of a single basin, WC and shower cubicles. It also provides easy acces to the pool area. Once again, all towels are provided.
Bedroom 5
Bedroom 5 is furnished as a standard double, with chest of drawers, night stand, lamp and built in wardrobe.
Pool Area
The pool area is accessed through patio doors from the living room. There is a covered Lanai furnished with table and chairs, great for al fresco dining. The pool is larger than average at 28 feet by 14 feet, with extended decking to comfortably accommodate our sun loungers.

Rates shown are per week, shorter periods available please enquire for rates.
Pool heat is charged at an additional $170 per week or $25 per day if required. Normally only necessary between October and April.
