KOKOMO VILLA DETAILS AND INFORMATION

Our villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard all the rooms are tastefully decorated and there is air conditioning throughout for your comfort.

The large family room looks out directly onto the pool area through double patio doors. For your relaxation you will find two comfortable sofas, one is a queen sized sofa bed, coffee table, two side tables with lamps, cable television, DVD player and a selection of board games to make all our guests feel at home. The dining area has a large dining table which seats six people.

Adjoining the family room is the breakfast area, furnished with a table and four chairs. From the breakfast area there is access to the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find two barstools situated at the breakfast bar. Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Large Fridge Freezer, Oven and Hob, Cooking utensils and crockery are provided for you. There is a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board in the Utility Room.

Master bedroom has an en-suite facilities comprising of a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. There is access to the pool area from the en-suite. The bedroom itself has sliding patio doors also to the pool area. Queen sized bed, two bedside units with lamps, alarm clock, and walk in wardrobe, large dressing table with mirror, hairdryer and cable television.

The second master bedroom once again, is tastefully furnished and comes complete with fitted wardrobes, queen sized bed, cable television, two bedside units with lamps, bachelor chest and hairdryer. The room has access to the second bathroom.

There are two further twin bedrooms, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, cable televisions, bedside units, lamps and chests. One has twin beds and the other room has bunk beds with two beanbags and Playstation 2. Both rooms have access to the second bathroom which has a screened bath/shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The pool is surrounded by a large patio area complete with table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrella and GAS BBQ and the pool can be heated at an additional charge if required. The pool deck is fully screened to keep insects out and the pool clean. There is a safety screen for the younger children.

The villa has a double garage. All linens and towels supplied, but we do ask you to provide your own for use away from the villa. Cot/Crib with bedding is supplied for your use. We have management support if needed.

Is at 16.00pm on the day of arrival.
Check out
Is 10.00am on the day of departure to allow our cleaners time to prepare the villa for our next guests.
Pool
For your own safety please use the plastic tumblers e.t.c which have been supplied for your use around the pool area and observe pool rules and depth signs displayed.
Smoking Policy
We respectfully request that guests only smoke in the pool area for the comfort of future guests.

There is so much to do for the whole family both on site and nearby. From the magic that Disney brings to the young ones to the wonders of the Kennedy Space Centre and on site attractions like the superb golf range, It's a great place to book this years vacation. Southern Dunes is situated on Highway 27 just 5 minutes of junction 55 Interstate 4.

Within walking distance there is a Wal-Mart (open 24 hours). Local shopping centre with a cash & carry, clothing stores, Shoe stores, Beauty Store, florist, video/DVD rental store and many fast food outlets. Just a short drive away there are many varied shopping outlets.

Our private villa is located in the superb location of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club and for the keen golfers this means playing on one of America's Top 100 golf courses.

SOUTHERN DUNES GOLF AND AMENITIES

Southern dunes is one of the Florida's finest Championship Golf Courses with a large clubhouse that has a very reasonably priced BAR and RESTAURANT and villa residents are very welcome to utilise the Golf Course and Driving Range. True golfers think the course is superb and it is partly modeled on St Andrews in Scotland.
Southern Dunes offers an extensive practice facility featuring driving range, putting green, practice bunkers and a short game area.
For those of you wanting more strenuous activities there are three large community swimming pools, two tennis courts and a small gym. Children' play area
