Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,full air-conditioning. fully equipped kitchen and laundry, pool and spa with pool bathroom. Free use of crib, baby monitors, highchair,and buggy/stroller.
Although the Villa is a "NO SMOKING PROPERTY" we do permit smoking around the pool. Ashtrays will be provided for pool area. We apologise but strictly "NO PETS"
Villa is situated on the US27 highway at the end of the US192 west highway Close to all attractions and many restaurants, shops and bars.Super walmart less than 1/2 a mile away for all your shopping needs
Just bring your clothes and a toothbrush, for a very luxurious stay at our Villa.
The Villa Comprises of two floors
First Floor:
Bedroom 1
King size bed with en-suite bathroom, cable TV, phone, alarm clock/ radio, hair dryer. Plenty of built in wardrobe storage and 2 chest of drawers. Digital safe in wardrobe. A travel cot is stored in the fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 2
One queen size bed, cable TV, alarm clock/radio, plenty of built in wardrobe storage and chest of drawers
Bedroom 3
Two single beds,TV, alarm clock/radio, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers
Bedroom 4
Two single beds, TV,alarm clock/radio, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers
Shared Bathroom
Toilet, basin, bath and shower,hairdryer
Ground Floor:
Dining Area
There is a formal dining table with seating for six people; a breakfast table with seating for four people, there is also a breakfast bar with stools and a high chair.
Kitchen
Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, sink with waste disposal, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and a toaster, all cooking utensils and crockery, glassware and cutlery. – kitchen pantry with torch and first aid kit, A phone with free local calls is located on the wall,baby monitors.
Utility Room
Separate washing and drying machines, ironing board and iron, laundry basket, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner and brush.
Lounge
A double bed settee and a double settee, coffee table, large cable TV,PS2 and games,hi-fi and dvd several cd’s provided. Two sets of double patio doors leading, to the pool area are alarmed to prevent unsupervised access to the pool by young children.

Accessible from lounge and from the pool area, toilet, shower and a wash basin
Enclosed Pool
Fully screened pool and lanai area, concrete block paving throughout, patio tables, chairs and sun lounges, pool measures 12.5 ft x 26 ft, plus a spa / Jacuzzi with independent heating optional.
