KITCHEN/DINING AREAwith large table and six chairs has dishwasher, microwave,coffee maker,blender,toaster,electrical can opener,kitchen utensils and crockery, oven, hob, large refrigerator with ice maker,iron,ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer and phone.
BABY COT,HIGHCHAIR,AND PUSH CHAIR ARE AVAILABLE (NO CHARGE).
MASTER BEDROOM 1 AND 2 both have en suite facilities with walk in shower and vanity units with plenty of soft towels and walk in closets, cable TV,dvd players, alarm clocks,cordless phones, hair dryers and both overlook the pool area.
BEDROOM 3 has two single beds with a built in closet,large tv and dvd player,and shares the full size bathroom with bedroom 4 this consists of toilet,bath with shower attachment and vanity units with plenty of soft towels.
BEDROOM 4 is decorated in a childrens theme and has bunk beds, bottom bunk is a double size,also with built in closet and to keep the kids happy a NEW ps2 with games.
SWIMMING POOLAfter a long day at one of the Magical theme parks, A days shopping at one of the many designer malls or perhaps you have been exploring the golden sandy beaches of Clearwater or Cocoa beach you will look forward to returning to your very own home to relax the evening away in style around your illuminated heated pool,While watching the children take an evening dip.Our extended 30ft pool has been kitted out with NEW Luxurious pool furniture,large octagonal table plus four chairs for dinning under the covered lanai area with family and friends. with plenty of matching pool loungers and side table to put down your cool drink during those hot sunny days while sunbathing,and pool alarm on patio to keep those little ones from entering the pool area.what better way to start your day enjoy getting up in the morning to that Florida sunshine and have an early morning swim before you venture to the many theme parks or championship golf courses.
