Our beautiful Luxury four bedroom, three bathroom villa has two master bedroom suites and two seperate living areas which makes it ideal for two families.
It is located on the prestigious HAMPTON LAKES community which is set amongst the rolling orange groves off highway 27, if you want a quiet retreat to come home to after a busy day at the parks them Hampton Lakes is the place for you. The villa is fully air conditioned. Has free internet connection. Free telephone calls. Has a fully air conditioned games room with Pool table, air hockey, football table & electronic darts. An upgraded 28 x 14 ft pool & 40 ft extended pool deck. Extra fully padded luxury patio furniture. Two master suites with en-suite bathrooms. American King bed in the main master suite and an American Queen size bed in the second bedroom suite. 27" cable TV in the family room with DVD/CD/Radio and cable TV's in all bedrooms including Playstation 2 in twin room.

LOCATION
Our 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom privately owned luxury villa is located amongst the rolling orange groves, off highway 27, on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development.
Hampton Lakes is a quiet area with ammenities that are free to guests such as childrens play areas, a communual pool, a sand volleyball court, tennis and basketball courts and is only 15 minutes from Disney and the many shops and restaurants of Hwy 192. As you drive off the main road into Hampton Lakes the area will give you a feeling of tranquility. For golfers, the Highlands Reserve golf course is less than 5 minutes drive with an abundance of other golf courses within a 10 to 20 minute drive away. There are local take aways for Indian, Chinese, Pizza and many other types of cuisine. Walmart, Publix & Walgreens are all within a five minute drive as are many other stores.
AIR CONDITIONED GAMES ROOM
The villa has the benefit of a fully air conditioned games room which includes a Pool table, Air hockey table, Football table & Electronic darts.
POOL
The villa has a privacy screened, larger than standard upgraded 28 x 14 ft pool (heating available at extra cost) that you can have a proper swim in and it doesn't get over crowded when all the kids are in it. The 40 ft pool deck has been extended to accommodate the larger pool and the additional luxury padded patio furniture. There are 4 sun loungers, 8 chairs, enough to seat all members of your party. For the more modest of sun-bathers, the pool screening has a privacy section at the bottom. The pool area also has a safety fence to prevent small children from getting to the pool unattended, this can be folded back completely to open up more space if not required. The pool can be illuminated at night and there is also outside patio lighting for those warm evenings when the kids are in bed and you are sitting out sipping your ice cool beers and cocktails.
KITCHEN & BREAKFAST ROOM
The kitchen is fully equiped with a range, microwave, full size fridge with ice cube maker, cutlery, crockery, glass's, coffee maker, kettle, electric can opener, food prossesor, pots and pans, tea towels, double sink with a waste disposal, all the utensils you need if you want to prepare any meals in the villa and childs high chair free of charge. Also for your convenience the instructions for all the appliances are also kept in the kitchen.
UTILITY ROOM
If you want to pack less clothes the seperate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
FAMILY ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchen the family room has a TV that can be seen from the kitchen, with over 90 cable channels, DVD player, CD/Radio, playing cards and board games for adults and children. Patio doors that lead to the POOL and deck area.
LIVING ROOM
This is seperate to the family room and has a sofa that converts to a bed for two additional people allowing the villa to sleep up to 10 people.
FORMAL DINING ROOM
this is located next to the open plan living room and is ideal for family dining.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom suite is located at the back of the villa over looking the pool. It has a king bed, a walk in dressing room with hangers, cable TV, telephone with free local calls, and an en-suite bathroom that has a bath, shower, twin basins hair dryer and plenty of towels for indoor use.
2nd MASTER BEDROOM
The second master suite is located at the front of the villa has a queen bed, plenty of wardrobe space with hangers, cable TV and an en-suite that also has a bath, shower, hand basin and a hair dryer and its own stock of towels.
THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom has twin beds, a cable TV, Playstation 2 and plenty of wardrobe space with hangers.
FOURTH BEDROOM
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a cable TV, and plenty of wardrobe space with hangers.
THIRD BATHROOM
Adjacent to the two twin bedrooms for convenience, it has a bath, shower and hand basin with its own stock of towels.
