Having stayed in more than 15 florida homes, we were compelled to buy this one after staying in it in May 2003.
Crescent Lakes is set in a wonderfully quiet location yet only 20 minutes from the major attractions.
There are several Golf Courses, Horse Riding & a Petting Farm situated close by.
Our property backs onto Reedy Creek Nature Reserve and being fenced on both sides means it provides you with complete privacy.
The property is south facing and enjoys the sun all day. It also has a spacious lanai area, providing you with plenty of shade and also an attractive outdoor eating area.
The property itself has been furnished to a very high standard.
The living areas and dining room provide ample living space for up to 10 people. The second lounge is equipped with a sofa bed which doubles up as a 5th bedroom.
The Master Bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower & large walk in wardrobe. This bedroom is large enough to accomodate a Super-Kingsize bed and still have plenty of room.
Bedroom 2 also enjoys en-suite facilities and features a Queen size bed & a walk in wardrobe.
The further two bedrooms are twins and both have ample wardrobe space.
All bed linen, towels and towels for pool area are provided.
There is a Cable TV, DVD Player, VCR, CD Player & Nintendo Gamecube for your enjoyment.
Games Room with a 7ft Pool Table, Dart Board & Football Table & Air Hockey
Wirless Internet available free of charge. Bring your laptop and surf.
You can watch UK football from the comfort of the lounge. 3 Games on a Saturday, 2 on Sunday & any live Premier League games shown on SKY during the week. Pay Per View England games will need to be ordered in advance.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and has a separate breakfast seating area.
The dining room is furnished with a large table for more formal dining.
All doors leading to the pool area have a safety alarm fitted.
Nearest supermarkets (Walmart Super Centre & Publix) are within 15 minutes drive. The local garage Mini-Mart provides all of your basic needs and more & is less than 5 minutes away.

Prices are exclusive of pool & spa heat (recommended Nov-March). Pool heat is charged at £100/$175 per week. Spa heat is charged at £30/$50 per week.
For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £50/$90 will be charged.
