Hi Guy:
We were very busy at Disney and had an outstanding time.
The villa was out of this world and will certainly recommend to family and friends. We are talking about going again and would use the villa. What we liked most was having a private pool . The house was spotless and found that we had no problems with any bugs. The bedrooms were very spacious and having 3 bathrooms made life alot easier with the 4 older kids we have.
Thank you so much for letting us use your house. It made for a most enjoyable vacation.

This room as with the whole villa is furnished to a "de-luxe" standard.
Furnishings include two leather Sofa's,one opens up in to a two bed sleeping sofa, 27" TV,and entertainment center.
This special room has a high vaulted ceiling which adds to the feel of space.There is a ceiling fan to add to the ambience.
Dining Room
There is a six seating table and chairs in the Dining Room.
Kitchen
A fully equiped kitchen with all the every day appliances you would expect and need on your vacation.
This is an open plan kitchen fitted with cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer complete with ice maker, and much more...
The quaint kitchen nook area can accommodate an additional 4 people at meal times.
Two Master Bedrooms
The first master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling.
The first master bedroom en-suite bathroom has access to the pool area.
Each master bedroom have large King Size Bed,walk in closet, and a separate en-suite bathrooms.

Private Heated Swimming Pool
Our 30 x 12 pool faces south east and enjoys a really stunning lakeside and woodland view. The pool area is fully furnished with patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun lounges. You can sit under the Lanai take in the shade whilst watching the children in the pool. The perfect place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine (or a glass of beer),think back on all those great moments of the day and plan where you are going out to eat tonight!
All access doors to the pool area are fitted with child alarms.
For additional safety for toddlers we have a removable child safety screen to stop young ones wandering in to the pool.

Comments: This was our first real family vacation out of state. We were both excited and anxious to take our family to Walt Disney World...we knew that we did not want to stay at a hotel with the noise and cost and luckily we stumbled across this property. We could not have been more pleasantly suprised at *** Sandy Ridge. The kids had a blast in the private heated pool and we relaxed - just as we had hoped that we could on our vacation. We were minutes from Disney and Epcot and were able to see fireworks on our way home from Disney. The kids actually wanted to stay more at the home than any place else!! Thank you, for your patience and professionalism throughout our booking...we have passed your name and phone number along to all of our friends and family and will happily stay with you again next year!! We accept bookings for two nights and up.
We offer discount for stays of three weeks and longer.
Bookings are secured upon receipt of non refundable deposit (£100/$190 per week). This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of £200/$380 is payable with the final balance. This is refundable once the management company has confirmed that the home has not been damaged.
Pool heat $120 per week.
Stops less than one week are subject to a $95 cleaning charge.
