That's without even mentioning the community tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground and football and baseball pitches available for use throughout your stay at no charge, all under a one minute walk from the villa.

With Indian Ridge so close to the Disney magic that you can even see the fireworks above the tops of the trees at night, could the location be any more ideal for your vacation?

All bedrooms in the villa are equipped with flat screen televisions, 100-channel cable service, DVD players, closets, drawers and alarm clocks.

The master bedroom boasts a huge king-size bed, larger screen TV with DVD/VCR combo, touch control lamps and a spacious bathroom suite with his and hers sinks/lavatories, bath tub and separate walk-in shower. Plenty of fresh bath and pool towels will be available to you during your stay.

Next to the master bedroom is the kid’s room, with twin beds and a Nintendo Gamecube Console with selection of games.

The remaining 2 bedrooms, one Queen-size and one twin, can be found at the opposite end of the house. Alongside them is another bathroom with bathtub and shower over, providing an ideal layout for 2 families vacationing together.

There are two telephones in the villa that can be used to make free international calls to mobiles and landlines, and local or long distance calls to US landlines and cell phones. You won't pay a penny to call friends and family back home.

The main open plan living area has a 32” TV with Playstation 2 console and game selection and 2 large sofas, one of which folds out into a Queen size bed that can accommodate 2 extra guests (not to exceed a total of 10) if necessary. A computer with high-speed unlimited Internet connection is also provided, but if you prefer we also offer wireless internet so you can connect your own laptops and other devices.

A breakfast nook area with barstools and table then leads you through to the kitchen.

It goes without saying that the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need: fridge/freezer and icemaker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. The kitchen adjoins a separate formal dining area.

Adjacent to the main living area you will find the cinema room, with an enormous 51" High-Definition television, over 300 digital cable channels including High-Definition Channels, 5.1 surround-sound speaker system, a multi-changer DVD and CD player and a great collection of DVD movies for you to enjoy at no extra cost throughout your entire stay.

The garage has been converted to a carpeted and air-conditioned games room with 8ft pool table, X-Men and NBA Jam 4 player arcade machines, dual basketball shoot-out nets and electronic dartboard.

A large capacity washing machine and dryer can also be found inside the games room, located in a laundry area to the rear.

And if the House at Pooh Corner still hasn’t tempted you yet, then maybe the Pool at Pooh Corner will! A 42ft x 15ft private and fully screened gigantic swimming pool awaits you, with fabulous disco lighting and jet sprays for the kids to play in. This pool was custom built and is the largest private pool on the community, allowing you to swim comfortably.

Overflowing into the pool is a large Jacuzzi with powerful massage jets that comfortably seats 6, the ideal way to relax. Pool heating to 85 degrees is included in the rental rate - the jacuzzi/spa can also be heated separately to 98 degrees at no extra charge.

Plenty of seating and loungers are also provided so you can lie back and enjoy the all day sunshine exposure on the south-facing terrace.

The House at Pooh Corner is so magnificent it would even put a smile on Eeyore’s face!
