Entering through the 8 foot tall front door into our home, you will feel a sense of comfort and relaxation like being at home. The ground floor has 9 foot ceilings throughout giving it a light, luxurious and airy feel.
On the ground floor you will find the light, spacious, very luxurious FORMAL LIVING AREA, furnished with comfortable sofas and a very elegant dining table and chairs. Moving through you enter the large FAMILY ROOM with it’s extra large corner sofa, perfect for relaxing on and watching the large TV.
Adjoining the family room is the KITCHEN; we have equipped this with everything you could need! Coming off the kitchen is the UTILITY ROOM equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board etc. This room also leads through to the garage. On the other side of the kitchen is the NOOK/BREAKFAST AREA with it’s elegant matching table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast and looking out over the EXTENDED POOL/SPA and the conservation area. You could take your breakfast outside and use the comfortable pool furniture! Whilst enjoying the peaceful and private view.
Also on the ground floor is one of the QUEEN BEDROOMS benefiting from an ensuite and a POOL view.
Moving upstairs, you will enter into the DEN, with its large denim SOFABED, TV, DVD and PLAYSTATION2. To the left of the DEN is the beautifully appointed MASTER BEDROOM, with a KING SIZE 4 poster bed, an extra large ensuite and dressing area.
Also upstairs you have another beautiful KING BEDROOM, again with its own ensuite. There are a further 2 TWIN BEDROOMS, these bedrooms share a LARGE BATHROOM.
The house is AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT; also all the main living areas including all the bedrooms have their own CEILING FANS, to make you feel even cooler.
For your enjoyment, and to keep the kids busy! There is a selection of DVD’s to choose from, CD player, PLAYSTATION2 GAMES, and some BOARDGAMES/CARDS etc.
We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, if we have overlooked something please let us know and we will try to add it.
Less than 10 minutes to Disney and still just minutes from all major attractions and amenities...
The villa is conveniently located in the new, tranquil community of Windwood Bay, offering easy access to all major Florida attractions. For the keen golfer, the villa is just 5 minutes from Champions Gate and the luxurious new Reunion Resort with its 3 signature golf courses designed by Palmer, Watson and Nicklaus. A further 40 golf courses are also within easy reach. There are numerous walking and jogging trails in the vicinity. Less than a 5 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and lots of choice for dining out.
Windwood Bay is within a 1 hour drive of either the East or West coast beaches. Orlando International airport is a short 30 minute drive away.
To ensure you have a trouble-free stay, the villa is alarmed and we have enlisted the help of a local Management Company who are available 24 hours a day.

Bookings are secured upon receipt of non refundable deposit (20% per week). This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $300/£200 is payable with the final balance. This is refundable once the management company has confirmed that the home has not been damaged.
Pool heating is $160/£90 per week. (Usually only required October-March).
For stays less than 7 days a cleaning fee of $100/£65 will be charged.
