Our stunning new villas are amongst a new villa community at WEST STONEBRIDGE. Our villas boast European designer interiors with many upgrades, offering you the 5 star accommodation you deserve on your dream holiday, without having to pay the high price. These spacious villas have their own large and private screened pools, fully equipped kitchens and laundry rooms. The high specifications of these villas have been carried out through to the elegant interior design, where luxury meets comfort creating the right balance for the perfect holiday home....

KITCHEN - as expected the kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find all the cutlery, utensils, pots and pans you will need. A toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and blender can also be found here. A large cooker with oven and grill, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher are fitted all with instructions.

LAUNDRY - an easy to use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

BREAKFAST NOOK - an elegant breakfast area with table and chairs that will seat four, overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.

LOUNGE - Our stunning and spacious lounge has two 3-seater sofas, one of which doubles as a Queen size sleeper for two. For your entertainment there is cable T.V. and a dvd/cd player (remember to bring your favourite films and cd's) a phone for all local calls is free, international calls can be made from this phone with an international phonecard, which are widely available.

DINING AREA - a very stylish and dressed area with a 6 seater table and chairs for all your formal dining requirements.

MASTER BEDROOM - this large and beautiful, Italianesque room has a Queen size bed, dressing table, bedside chests, alarm clock and roomy walk-in-wardrobe. Patio doors open onto the lanai with a direct view of the jacuzzi and pool.

EN-SUITE - a very spacious en-suite with twin wash basins, power shower, separate deep tub and w.c. with access to the pool. This suite is ideal for a shower after swimming.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM - another large and spacious colonial inspired room with a walk-in-wardrobe, king-size bed and large chest of drawers.

2ND EN-SUITE - a bright suite with a huge shower, single wash basin and w.c.

TWIN BEDROOM - a large fresh Floridian room with twin beds, chest of drawers and walk-in-wardrobe.

3RD BATHROOM - this room sits next to the twin bedroom and is fully fitted with a bath and overhead shower, single wash basin and w.c.

ALL LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AT NO EXTRA COST.

DISNEY-DEN - (2nd living room in 4 bed villa) a FANTASTIC Disney themed bright red, green and yellow childrens’ den. Let the kids play in their own lounge while you relax in the main lounge. This room boasts a hand painted designer finish where Disney characters and books adorn the walls. This very bright and cheerful den is home to an oversized and comfy 3 seater sofa, a giant hand painted Mickey Mouse clock, T.V. dvd/cd player and a Playstation 2 with games. The fun doesn't stop there, you can play Foosball, Air Hockey, Pool, Table Tennis and Electronic darts in the room too!!! A truly memorable room where your kids can safely have a lot of fun.

PATIO AREA - an extremely large covered patio where all the family can comfortably relax, have a BBQ, dine al-fresco or soak up the sun. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.

JACUZZI ( 4 bed only ) - the heated jacuzzi is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind in, after a visit to the theme parks. Watch the kids swim as you enjoy a glass of wine or perhaps a beer or 2.

SWIMMING POOL - a private and screened 26/13ft pool with shallow and deep end, the pool and patio area have lots of evening lighting, so your fun and enjoyment is unlimited.

POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED AT A COST OF £100p.w

US$ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes. UK£ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes.

Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year are all charged at £600 and $1100 per week in 2007.

*stays of less than 7 nights will be subject to a $65 cleaning fee.

Pool and jacuzzi heat are available for the cooler months at a cost of $180 / £100 per week. For a longer stay a discounted price for pool and jacuzzi heat may be offered.

A deposit of $350 / £200 alongside a booking form is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable at least 8 weeks prior to travel date.
