The Villa offers a larger than normal 3028 square feet of living space which comfortably accommodates upto 12 people.

Accommodation consists of 3 large double bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Double) all with en-suite facilities, as well as two twin bedrooms.

Woodland View, which was recently completed at the end of November 2004, includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living/family rooms and an additional loft/den area. The home has been luxuriously designed and furnished throughout to ensure your stay is perfect.

Woodland View is located in the exclusive & private Windwood Bay community which neighbours the Champions Gate Golf Course (designed by Greg Norman and the David Ledbetter Golf Academy). It is only ten minutes from Disney World, (six miles), five minutes from Interstate 4, other entertainment parks & numerous first class golf courses are all 10-20 minutes away.

Rental Rates Notes

Bookings are secured upon receipt of non refundable deposit (£100/$150 per week). This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Security deposit of £200/$300 is payable with the final balance. This is refundable once the management company has confirmed that the home has not been damaged.

Pool heating £85/$160 (including tax) per week. (Usually only required in the winter months).

For stays less than 7 days a cleaning fee of £55/$100 will be charged.
