THE PROPERTY:was built in 2001 and really is as NEW on the prestigious Greater Groves Residential development, just off Highway 27. The villa is situated on a mature development having a spacious feel with wide roadways, sidewalks and a local Community Centre that has a childrens play area, tennis courts, volley ball basketball and a full size community swimming pool, all for you to use at no extra charge!

The development is completed and free from the distraction and noise that other sub-divisions may have due to villas being built. Within 2 miles there are at least two supermarkets~one being a Super Wal-mart. Locally owned restaurants are also within easy reach along with national chain diners. No need to go looking for that petrol station, which always seems to be on the opposide side of the road, as there are two almost opposite each other on the I27.

THE VILLA:has been built to a very high standard with many extras and upgrades. It is fully airconditioned/heated for your comfort. Ceiling fans are also fitted in ALL bedrooms and living area.

THE BEAUTIFUL POOL & SPA the pool is 30ft in length. The spa with waterfall into the main pool. Between the months of November to April the cost of pool heating is $175/£115 per week and October is $150/£100 per week, whilst May to September many people consider pool heating unnecessary, but should you require the luxury of pool heating it is only $100/£65 per week. The surrounding sun deck gives all the space required for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days play at nearby DISNEY. There's seating, loungers and a table all provided for your perfect holiday. Mum, why not relax here, keeping an eye on the children swimming, whilst dad has fun preparing the BBQ?

ACCOMMODATION:built and finished to a high standard includes a stylish family room, large comfortable and restful family room, complete with sumptuous leather sofa and love seat.

The living room, is a restful area, and a little quiet area to relax in and read that good book you have been meaning to catch-up on or for listening to music.

Beautifully appointed dining area and an informal breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every major appliance including, large cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and lots of cupboard space. From mixer to bottle opener, from plastic glasses (for around the pool please) to luxury equipment for that special meal in, with the children in bed and champagne in hand, all your needs really are catered for.

The separate Utility room has a large washing maching and separate tumble dryer. We also supply a limited amount of soap powder and dishwasher needs.

BEDROOMS:two beautiful Master suites. Master one has a king size bed and majestic ensuite bathroom with bath tub and separate walk-in-shower, his and hers vanity units (or two for "her"!) and separate toilet. The second master has a Queen size bed with ensuite facilities which includes a walk-in-shower and its own private entrance to the patio and pool/spa. Each Master has television, ceiling fans (of course air-conditioning) and radio alarm. Two further spacious twin bedrooms which share a fully equipped bathroom. One has a Nintendo Playstation and the other a television. Both have ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

THE DOUBLE GARAGE:has been turned into a FABULOUS games rooms and mini gym. Just the place to relax and try something that is just that bit different. Watch the family use up their energy whilst you use your energy watching them with a drink in your hand relaxing listening to the music in the back ground.

The execellent facilities of the villa enable two families to share the cost and the villa quite easily; giving each family plenty of room. Why pay for 3 Star quality when you can have 6 Star LUXURY for less?
