A four bedroom, three bathroom villa,
Only 15 minutes from Orlando's hot spots,
Disney, MGM, Universal, Animal Kingdom and the water parks.
The villa has a heatable pool and energising spa (especially good after a long day walking around the parks)
Enjoy a little alfresco dining at the end of the day and get the barbecue going.
The villa has two main four poster bedrooms with en suites making it ideal for two families to share. (share the villa share the costs!)both overlook and have access to pool and spa area.(Child safety alarms on all doors leading to pool area)
The other two bedrooms each have two single beds.
We have added two cots and two highchairs for toddlers at no extra cost.
We want to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible so we have also added an PS2 with games, DVD and CD player with DVD's and CD's, video player.
Games room with Table Football, Pool Table and Air hockey and a fridge to keep your beers chilled !!
If your next holiday is to Orlando, Florida, then you really can't do much better than to stay in a luxury villa.
Only 15 minutes from Disney and all the other major attractions, situated just off Highway 192 and also only a 1 hour drive to Cocoa beach on the East coast and just under 1 hour's drive to Tampa bay on the West.
A description of the villa follows;
A warm and welcoming entrance foyer leading to a beautiful and spacious living area with a sleep sofa (pulls out for extra guests)
Two lounge chairs,TV with DVD player and DVD's, also a CD player and CD's. A phone with free local calls, PS2 with games, a paddle fan, wall to wall carpet and tiles, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for your safety.
Air conditioning for your comfort, a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Modern dining area with table and chairs, kitchen complete with all the mod cons, including cooker, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and juice extracter, dishwasher, two highchairs (for those with more than one toddler!)
Breakfast bar with two bar stools, gourmet kitchen package including;
electric coffee maker, electric tin opener and hand mixer, blender, dinnerware and glassware for up to twelve people, corkscrew, dishcloths, tea towels, pot holders.
Each master bedroom has a queen sized four poster bed with all linen, TV's, phone and alarm clock radio. The en suites each have either a roman tub or tiled shower with deluxe shower head. Bath, hand towels and face cloths supplied also each have generous walk in closets.
The two single bedrooms each have two single beds with storage and share of a bathroom, there is also two cots.
Both main bedrooms each look out onto the pool area and also have doors leading out onto the lanai and pool.
The pool outside is heated and has an envigorating spa, there is also table and chairs for alfresco dining, two lounge chairs and gas barbecue. We have converted the garage into a games room and added a table football, pool table and dart board for your enjoyment. Located in the lounge is an information pack regarding park times and prices and also local information guides and maps.
