Situated in the High Grove Community of Clermont this is a new prestigious community which is gated and has recently been completed. High Grove is mainly vacation homes and has a Mediterranean look which makes it unique in both style and appearance. Guests can take advantage of the community swimming pool, clubhouse and children’s play area all are maintained to a high standard. High Grove is situated on highway 27 at the junction of the 192 and therefore is in an ideal position for easy access to all attractions and golf.

I would like to introduce our beautiful luxury Floridian Villa, which was completed in August 2004. Laura's vacation villa is a single storey villa, has four bedrooms (2 masters) 3 bathrooms, is furnished to a high standard and will sleep 8 people plus infant comfortably. The villa is open plan, mainly carpeted and fully air-conditioned.

On entering the villa you will find yourself looking into the wonderful open plan living area, this stylish room looks out onto the pool and deck. The living area consists of two luxurious blue leather sofas with matching chair, two glass topped side tables with lamps and a matching coffee table. There is an entertainment centre with cable TV, dvd player and cd player. We have a selection of books and games for your use whilst staying here.

The Kitchen area is fantastic and consists of all mod cons and is FULLY equipped. Everything you could possibly need for the kitchen is here, again this is open plan and also has a breakfast bar with stools. Within the kitchen area are the laundry facilities, washer, dryer, iron etc.

Dining Area, this is within the kitchen area overlooking the window and it has a glass-topped table with comfortable matching chairs.

Master Bedroom One is at the rear of the villa and has a very comfortable king size bed, lovely furniture consisting of bedside cabinets with lamps, dresser with overhead mirror, fitted wardrobe and cable TV. This master suite looks out onto the lovely sunny pool area. The En-suite has a shower cubicle, vanity unit with sink overhead mirror and lighting plus a shaving point.

Master Bedroom Two also at the rear and again is just as comfortable as bedroom one. It also has a fantastic king size bed, lovely bedroom furniture consisting of bedside cabinets with lamps, dresser with overhead mirror, fitted wardrobe and cable TV, this master room also leads to the En-Suite which has a large shower cubicle, vanity unit with sink, overhead mirror and lighting plus a shaving point. This en-suite also leads out onto the beautiful pool deck.

Beach themed Bedroom Three is a twin bedded room and has a bedside cabinet with lamp, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers plus cable TV. There is access to the family bathroom, which is situated between bedroom three and four, this is called a Jack and Jill bathroom as you can access it from both bedrooms.

Dolphin themed Bedroom Four is a lovely bright and airy bedroom with a triple window aspect situated at the front of the villa. This bedroom is twin bedded with a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe plus cable TV. This room also adjoins the family bathroom.

Family Bathroom (Jack and Jill) this has a separate vanity area which has a sink, plenty of cupboard space, mirror with overhead lighting and shaving point. The bath with overhead shower and toilet are separated from the vanity area by a door.

The Pool Deck is beautifully blocked paved, it has been extended to 19ft x 38ft and is enclosed by a fine mesh screen, which allows the sun in but keeps the insects out. The actual pool size is 14ft x 26ft and also has a spa/Jacuzzi. The pool furniture is luxurious with four sun lounges, table and four chairs. Why not make the most of the lovely Florida sunshine, by sitting in one of the comfortable sun lounges enjoying a long cool drink whilst the children play in the pool. There is also a lanai for you to keep cool whilst sitting by the pool.
