Our luxurious five bedroom villa sleeps up to ten people and is furnished to make your holiday a real home from home.
It is located at Clear Creek which is very close to the US192/US27 junction making it handy for all the Central Florida Theme parks.
It is a quiet community which is part residential and part short term rental. At the entrance to the development is a supermarket, pizza delivery shop, bank, post office and petrol station. Directly across the US27 is Cagan’s Crossings which has numerous shops, restaurants and sports bar.
Also at this intersection there is a Super Walmart, and many restaurants including Chilis, Long John Silvers, Taco Bell, Burger King………
Our home is furnished to a high standard and is situated with an open aspect to the rear. It is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the main living area
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk in closet (with safe) and cable TV. En-suite facilities include a double walk in shower, twin vanity wash basins and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with fitted wardrobes and cable TV with DVD.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with fitted wardrobes and cable TV with DVD.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin sized beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom 2 has a full size bath with shower over, vanity washbasin and toilet.
Bathroom 3 has a vanity unit and toilet.
In our double sized garage we also have a billiard table for your enjoyment. Includes cues, balls etc.
We have a large family room with Cable TV, DVD and CD player. We also have a selection of books, DVDs and CD’s for when you want to spend a relaxing evening indoors.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably. There is also breakfasting area in the kitchen.
For your comfort we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the main living area.
The open plan kitchen is fully-equipped with table and chairs, telephone (free local calls), full-size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. We also provide a kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster.
We have a large washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryers.
A patio door leads out to a large pool area with 4 cushioned sun loungers and table and 6 chairs for when you decide to eat lunch outdoors. There is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot!
We have a Cot/Playpen and High Chair.
This is a No Smoking Villa. Sorry no pets.
