THE VILLA accommodates 6 to 8 people.
It is not overlooked by other properties .
There are lots of different birds and wild life at night and day .
The florida room covers the pool and lanai ,
We provide pool furniture such as sun loungers complete with cushions also a umbrella ,
Also table and chairs in the lanai for refreshments out of the sun .
There is a safety fence fitted for our younger guests at the entry to the pool .
We also have alarms on patio door and a fence to keep the small ones as safe as possible .

THE LOUNGE
THERE IS A LARGE ROOM WITH CATHEDRIAL CEILINGS LOOKING AT A LOVELY VIEW TO CONSERVATION AND LAKE .
IT HAS TWO LARGE SOFAS TO RELAX AND TV UNIT WITH LARGE DIGITAL TV WITH 200 CHANNELS , ALSO DVD, ALSO DVDS ,READING BOOKS, GAMES ,COFFEE TABLES AND LOTS OF LIGHT FROM TABLE LIGHTS , A CEILING FAN WITH A LIGHT BUILT IN ,A TELEPHONE IS ALSO AVAILABLE AND LOCAL CALLS ARE FREE .

PATIO DOORS LEAD INTO ENCLOSED LANAI AND THE POOL AREA THE PATIO DOORS ARE ALARMED AND WE HAVE A SAFTEY FENCE FOR THE SMALL CHILDREN .
THE LANIA HAS A TABLE AND CHAIRS ALSO LOUNGERS .

KITCHEN
Fully Equipped with everything you need , A dishwasher, large fridge freezer.full cooker and microwave ,and all other things you need for everyday use. Crockery and utensils are provided also much more,We have a breakfast bar looking over the kitchen .

THE NOOK
A place you can have breafast or have a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the swimming pool and enjoy the view and lake or listen to the birds so different to the day time.children love to sit here as they can do games and reading and away from the tv .

A table and chairs to seat 6 people for evening meal with a large chandelier over the table.a nice place to sit and listen to music we have a large selection of tapes cds and games under the music center ,

The master bedroom has a large KING bed ,side tables with lamps on ,cable tv and clock/radio and ceiling fan ,Also a large easy chair , Leading from the bedroom we have a en-suite with bath ,his and hers vanity unit also hairdrier, a walk in wardrobe and a seperate toilet ,a large bright room large than most.

HALF BATHROOM
There is a seperate toilet and vanity unit it is for the use of all our guest so there is no intrusion on other bathrooms .handy for little ones coming from the pool .

LAUNDRY ROOM has washer ,dryer and iron & ironing board and hoover .
The villa is fully equipped with all bed linen ,towels and pool towels provided free .all linen is provided free and towels also pool towels for all our guests so no need to bring them with you .

FLORIDA ROOM
Completely encloses the pool and lanai area to keep the bugs out. It also overlooks the conservation area and is fenced on each side for privacy. There are table and chairs and sun loungers.

Also we have a games room with foosball , air hockey , pool table ,electronic darts board ,and mini golf we have a table and chairs to play cards or games on .
