LARGE VILLA HAS VAULTED CEILINGS THROUGH OUT AND FINISHED TO A HIGH STANDARD ,
We overlook a conservation and a lake .
The pool is flood lit at night for swimming ,And can be heated in cooler weather.
THE VILLA accommodates 6 to 8 people.
It is not overlooked by other properties .
There are lots of different birds and wild life at night and day .
The florida room covers the pool and lani ,
We provide pool furniture such as sun loungers complete with cushions also a umbrella ,
Also table and chairs in the lani for refreshments out of the sun .
There is a safety fence fitted for our younger guests at the entry to the pool .
We also have alarms on patio door and a fence to keep the small ones as safe as possible .

OUR LUXURY VILLA IS 10 MINS DRIVE TO DISNEY THEME PARKS.

THE LOUNGE
THERE IS A LARGE ROOM WITH CATHEDRIAL CEILINGS LOOKING AT A LOVELY VIEW TO CONSERVATION AND LAKE .
IT HAS TWO LARGE SOFAS TO RELAX AND TV UNIT WITH LARGE DIGITAL TV WITH 200 CHANNELS , ALSO DVD, ALSO DVDS ,READING BOOKS, GAMES ,COFFEE TABLES AND LOTS OF LIGHT FROM TABLE LIGHTS , A FAN WITH A LIGHT BUILT IN ,A TELEPHONE IS ALSO AVAILABLE AND LOCAL CALLS ARE FREE .
PATIO DOORS LEAD INTO ENCLOSED LANI AND THE POOL AREA WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS UNDER A LANI.

KITCHEN
FULLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED IT HAS DISHWASHER, LARGE FRIDGE FREEZER.FULL COOKER AND MICROWAVE,AND ALL OTHER THINGS YOU NEED FOR EVERYDAY USE . CROCKERY AND UTENSILS ARE PROVIDED ALSO MUCH MORE

THE NOOK
A place you can have breafast or have a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the swimming pool and enjoy the view and lake or listen to the birds so different to the day time.


DINING ROOM
A table and chairs to seat 6 people for evening meal with a large chandelier over the table.a nice place to sit and listen to music, and have a meal


MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a large american bed ,cable tv and clock/radio and ceiling fan ,Also a large easy chair , Leading from the bedroom we have a en-suite with bath ,his and hers vanity unit also hairdrier, a walk in wardrobe and a seperate toilet ,a large bright room larger than most.


2ND BEDROOM
With queen size bed cable tv also clock/radio with walkin wardrobes and beautifully furnished, ceiling fan.


3RD BEDROOM
Twin beds lovely sunny room and walkin in wardrobe also cable tv and clock/radio ,cieling fan & furnished to a high standard.


2ND BATHROOM
The second and third bedrooms share this bathroom which is fitted with vanity unit, bath and shower unit and toilet

HALF BATHROOM
There is a seperate toilet and vanity unit for all our guests.

LAUNDRY ROOM has washer /dryer and iron & ironing board and hoover .
The villa is fully equiped with all bed linen ,towels and pool towels provided free .

FLORIDA ROOM
Completely encloses the pool and lanai area to keep the bugs out. It also overlooks the conservation area and is fenced on each side for privacy. There are table and chairs and sun loungers.
Also we have a games room with lots of games for everyone
