As you enter the villa you walk into the Formal lounge with two, two seat sofas and the Formal dining area, the quiet area of the villa, a cosy and relaxing place to read unwind.

The light and airy Family room our favourite area of the villa. With an oversized comfy corner sofa and scatter cushions. The elegant and functional plantation blinds gives the room a cool spacious airy feel,designed for relaxation.
Within the entertainments centre you'll find large TV, DVD player and stereo CD player. Cable connected to all TV's and a wide choice of DVD's and CD's in the entertainment library, suited to all tastes.
Also available dual control playstation 2, with a wide choice of games all of which are regulaly updated.

Catch up on worldwide sporting events, the latest films, comedies and news and weather reports cable to all TV's with over 100 choices of programmes.

A great new facility HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS bring along your lap-top sit around the pool area and keep in contact with family and friends whilst away.

The neutral tiled flooring extends from the Family seating area, through to the informal dining area with large table and eight chairs and kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, the whole area overlooks the stunning pool area, which is magical in the evenings with the fibre optic lighting display which is accessed from the informal dining area via patio doors.
The pool area has a protective sceen and child safety fence on an extended deck area, giving plenty of space for patio furniture, and children and adults to play.

This magnificent king size room which overlooks the pool has a King size bed, with ceiling fan and Large en-suite with his and her sinks and hairdryers which are available for guests in all bathrooms ( all wet areas within the villa have tiled floors ). The impressive Walk in closet has a wall mounted safe for the use of villa guests. There is also a three and two seater sofa within master one, and TVand DVD player.

MASTER TWO

The second Master is situated at the front of the villa, and has a Queen size bed, with ceiling fan, en-suite, T.V and large walk in closet.

THE TWIN BEDROOMS

The two Twin bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets and share a bathroom and T.V. Twin one has a subtle nautical theme whilst twin two has a Nemo theme.
Hair dryer provided in the bathroom.

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN

The Fully fitted open plan Kitchen, which includes large fridge freezer with ice-maker, Range, Microwave and George Forman indoor/outdoor Grill, also a Dishwasher.Self catering in this fully equipt kitchen is not only easy, but enjoyable. If however cooking is not something you want to do when relaxing away from home, then the Champions gate shopping / Restaurant facilities are only 2 mins drive providing both restaurants and take-away food.

All kitchen equipment is provided toaster, mixer and coffee maker for that fresh morning coffee at the breakfast bar.

There is a large eight seater table in the informal dining area, for a family lunch overlooking the pool. The floors within the kitchen and informal dinning area are tiled giving a cool clean feeling to the whole area.

There is also a large seperate laundry room with Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer. Large and very efficient there is also a wash basket iron and ironing board usefull but something to avoid on holiday!

GAMES ROOM

For that extra wow factor, we have a games room that is hard to beat it has:

The room has the theme of an 'olde New York bar' with a New York sky line back drop, rich wall colouring and quality fittings,an atmospheric area for both children and adults.The Bar and spectator bar stools for watching the family pool matches!!!!
This room has been a real hit for all our guests but especially those from ten to teens.

GOLFERS

For golfers a choice of the most spectacular golf courses 40 within a 30min drive, a fantastic golfing destination.
In fact I had not been tempted by the golfing bug untill we started spending more time in Florida.
I found them very friendly and welcoming to all levels.

The fully screened pool area, has a wonderful privacy hedge,and an extended sunny deck.

The 28ft X 14ft West- facing pool, overlooks the well planted garden with Lemon and orange tree palms and grasses. Pool area, it's important to note how private the pool area is as it is not overlooked from the rear.

Relax in the early evening in the pool with its multi-coloured fibre optic lighting display.

The half bathroom is accessible from the pool area which is a real bonus when there are young children in your party.

LAY BY THE POOL AND WATCH THE SUN-SET

Quality Sunloungers, side tables, table, chairs, umbrella and Beach towels are all provided.

New Gas BBQ available for use within garden perfect for sunny lunches around the pool.
