'DISNEY VILLA' is our beautiful home in Florida. Our villa has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 3 bathroomsboth of which lead directly onto the pool deck area and 2 living rooms.

Our 30' x 15' pool with extended deck area and fabulous jacuzzi faces a glorious Sunny South West direction which means you get the best of the Florida sun all day. We have a double lanai / porch if things get a bit too hot!

The sunsets on those warm evenings are fantastic as is the faint scent from the Orange Groves.

We have lots of extras which include a computer with free high speed broadband internet access, highchair, cot/crib, pushchair, safe, Games Room with Pool/ Billiard table and Air Hockey and Playstation 2 in the kids room.

'Countryside' at Tuscan Ridge is a wonderful community, it is very small, prestigous and very select. The kids are safe as there is very little traffic and the villas are very well spaced apart so that you can enjoy your privacy. There is a childrens playground, volleyball court, tennis court and small gym.

I am personally committed to ensuring all our guests have a fantastic holiday and although we have an excellent Management Company I am available at any time to help you before and after you arrive at our villa.

Our Villa has been constructed and equipped to an enhanced status, in order to provide you with upgraded levels of comfort.

Bedrooms:

4 spacious bedrooms (2 master / en-suite, one King and one Queen) which both have their own access onto the pool deck area. Both master bedrooms are fully equipped with dressers, night-stands and lamps, radio/alarms, walk-in closets, TV/Video and a private en-suite bathroom.

We have two further bedrooms. The twin rooms are ideal for the young (and the young at heart). One is decorated in a Disney theme for our younger guests. With their own special bathroom, the rooms are equipped with twin beds, night stands, lamps, their own TV / Video (fantastic when you want some time to yourself!) and, in one room, a Playstation 2 with games!

3 Reception Rooms (Living Room, Family Room and Dining Room:

Our Villa has 3 Reception Rooms, a Family Room where everyone can sit down together to watch our massive cinema type television, DVD, video or listen to some C.D.'s on the hi-fi system. There are patio doors out onto the pool deck area.

Our Living Room is a quieter room, perfect to read the paper or a few pages of your book! This room also has patio doors directly onto the pool deck area.

At the front of the villa we have a lovely room with a large formal Dining Table for those family meals.

Kitchen and Utility Room:

If you fancy a snack, your bright, airy kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, ice-maker, filtered water dispenser, toaster, coffee maker and much more. When you fancy an evening in, there are full cooking facilities, including a microwave, blender, dishwasher etc etc.

Overlooking the living area, you will never feel like you're hidden away, slaving over the stove. As you'd expect, there is an extensive range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen is equipped as you would expect in your own home - extensively.

The kitchen area also benefits from a separate Utility room - with all the facilities you need to get those little perishers’ clothes spick and span - washing machine, tumble dryer and even (groan!) an ironing board for when you really need it.

There is a table for breakfast or more casual meals, overlooking the pool it is a lovely start to the day.

Extra Large Sunny Pool / Jacuzzi and Deck:

The swimming pool and patio are covered by a bird/insect cage. So while the kids are splashing around in the pool, you can luxuriate in the Jacuzzi in perfect comfort. For your peace of mind, the windows and doors leading to the pool are protected by child safety alarms.

Sit on the deck and watch the sun set behind the trees on the edge of the community - the pool and deck are sunny from early morning until the sun sets - fantastic to sit there in the evenings.

We have a double lanai/porch with ceiling fans so you can always sit in the shade if that Florida sun gets a bit too warm.

There is so much space at 'Disney Villa', you can fan out across the house and do whatever you like - even when there's eight of you under the same roof! With Playstation games, games room, music, DVDs, Videos and all those TV channels, you will never be stuck for something to do...

Take your choice of where you eat! At the breakfast table or watching TV in the comfortable Family Room. How about on the patio by the pool, with an overhead fan to keep you cool? For those special family moments, sit up at the table in the Dining Room and talk about the fun you have had today.

Some little extras we have added to our villa are, for the children, a Pushchair, Cot and Highchair. We also have a Computer with High Speed Broadband Internet Access, DVD and a CD-RW so that you can view and download those holiday pics straight away on to CD. The villa also has a Safe and a Games Room for that easy night (or day) in. All this for no extra charge.

Another huge convenience is that we have Security Coded Entrance which means no driving around trying to find a Management Company to pick up keys before you get to the Villa. Also, everyone will be able to gain entrance to the Villa without swapping keys around or the fear of losing them.
