Our villa is a luxury 4 bedroom,3.5 bathroom property which has a lovely private pool deck overlooking a wooded conservation area. It has a larger than average pool and a south facing deck for maximum sunshine.
The villa has a spacious fully tiled living area with large TV/DVD/VCR and Hi Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of modern equipment.
We have a new games room with pool table etc

* Large, vaulted lounge with dining area.
* Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, Ice maker
* Utility room with washer & dryer - all linen and villa towels provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
* We provide a cot, stroller and highchair free of charge for our youngest guests - plus plenty of spare cot linen
* No Smoking inside villa for everyones comfort.
* The villa is wheelchair accessible
* We are fully air conditioned.

The community has lakes, walking and jogging trails, plus a children's play area.

It is a secure, gated community but only 5 minutes from the 192 with all its restaurants and shops.

We are only 10 minutes on quieter roads from Disneyworld and 30 minutes from Universal.
The Gulf coast is approx. 90 mins away and the Atlantic beaches are an hour away.
